When I say small I mean that the portions are too small. The food is comparing to others not really cheap so you expect to leave the table with a full stomach. I like the food from Max but portions are to small for what you pay...

The restaurant's fried chicken was something I have never tasted-- It looks like it's prepared and cooked differently from the usual Chinese fried chicken. It's really delicious and affordable too. We (two of us) were able to easily finish half a chicken because it's such a treat :) We even came back for another serving before leaving for Manila. We were also able to try their maki-mi which was not bad at all. The restaurant is already an icon of Chinese cuisine in the city so I recommend you drop by whenever you're in Legazpi.

We tried their sweet and sour lapulapu as recommended by everyone... the sauce is good and the lapulapu is cooked well... we also ordered their friedchicken and relyenong bangus. The relyeno is just fine... their boklan style fried chicken is dry.... i really didn't like it...

I love their Extreme Supreme Bacon Cheeseburger! No words can describe how much I fell for their juicy meaty bacon cheeseburger with special white dressing, fresh veggies ans sesame bun. Their barbeque kebabs and java rice were very tasty and you can savor the taste of smokey grilled flavor which coats the kebab (unlike traditional barbeques that have all the flavor on the sauce coating the meat but not too much on the meat itself). On our second day I ordered the same burger again at another branch and it was consistently yummy. The beef salpicao was tender and garlicky and goes well with their rice. We will definitely miss this resto and will pray that they bring a branch over to Manila.

The name "Sibid-SIbid" refers to an outrigger canoe that is used in fishing villages. Since their debut in 2009 Sibid-Sibid Food Park has become a favorite among locals and tourists who visit Legazpi City. Apart from an amazing menu filled with healthy se
if you want to have various dishes from free range chicken this is the place to go to in Legazpii City from fried to "Tinola" or clear chicken soup with papaya or sayote. Place needs a more attractive signage since sometimes it seems closed when it is actually open.

I had low expectations when we visited Legazpi. To see the perfect cone Mayon Volcano was our only interest to visit. We checked in at The Marison hotel, new & nice with excellent customer service. We were hungry after our delayed flight. Hotel staff recommended Colonial 1 located inside the SM Legazpi mall. The restaurant was open seating. Their menu was not overwhelming, with emphasis on their specialties. We ordered their Laing, Bicol Express, Tinapa rice, and their special Sili ice cream for dessert. The Sili ice cream, level 2 was sweet on my tastebuds, but mildly hot in my throat which was very interesting. All dishes were delicious. Prices were very reasonable with Sr citizen discounts. Service was excellent. Our server was quick and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family when visiting Legazpi. Bon Appetit

Had dinner here. Thoughts?* This was the only place in the Philippines where we actually received decent service, despite spending a month in the country.* It serves 'Bicol' dishes which is what we ordered.* Although the food wasn't the tastiest I did appreciate the authenticity.* Value was reasonable.* Nice settingA decent option overall.

Me and my wife visit the Colonial Grill Sorsogon restaurant many times and like the food. But Last Thursday Jan 10 2019 the people serving made us very mad. Our table is full of the ordered food. suddenly the waitress brings some unordered food. We told her and so got quit upset. She went back to the counter and smashed the food on the kitchen counter. But it went to far when we got the bill and I found out that they still charged us for the food we never ordered. I talked to the cashiers and the spoken english was very poor, only Yes yes no......but no apology at all. I recorded the spoken tagalog and I am glad I had my wife listen to it on the way home. Disgusting language, attitude and responsibility, unworthy for staff to use against a foreigner usa. Supervisor, check the working staff and get rid of the dirt. I am a foreigner who does not easily write a comment, but they upset my wife, something I do not take easy. Luc
