Lavale is outside Cumberland, MD. This restaurant is next to a Ruby Tuesdays just off Highway 168 (or National Highway).
You can always count on freshly prepared food and clean serving counters (so important at a buffet). They offer a salad bar, cold salads, soups, sushi, seafood, American favorites, Asian favorites, a grill, and desserts too. This is a good place for those picky eaters - even they will find something to eat. Come hungry because there are a lot of great choices to choose from.

When I lived in Cumberland, this was my go-to restaurant. Located midway between Cumberland & Lavale, it's an out of the way location if you are traveling the interstate, but definitely worth the short detour. The bento boxes are delicious & the dressing that they use on the salad is the best I've ever had. I've never had a bad meal or bad experience here. The owner is very friendly.Don't confuse this place with other Asian restaurants. There's no buffet, no gimmicks, no fortune cookies...just the best Asian food in western Maryland. They also serve beer & have a pretty good selection of Asian beers, if you wanted to try something a little different.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn last night and ordered a couple of entrees, which were delivered piping hot in under twenty minutesâ and for less than twenty dollars. Their meat portions are lean and very generous and the delivery guy was super nice. Steamed chicken with broccoli and sesame tofu were delish!
Very delicous addition to cumberland, maryland.Korean bbq and bento boxes were very good. The brisket was my personal favorite. Dipping sauces amd lettuce wraps were excellent.

My bff brought me here for my birthday. Wasn't impressed at all. I've been to other hibachi places and this was the worst. The chef didn't really interact with the audience like he should have. Food was good. Server was very unattentive. As we were leaving, the bad server ran out the door to us begging for a tip. Wow....since when is it ok to beg for a tip?? How about never! Especially when service wasn't good to say the least. I will not return. I do not suggest going here either. I'd be surprised if this place lasts another year unless they severly improve their customer service etiquette and if the chefs actually put on a show.
