Things to do in Kota Bharu
We enjoyed a late lunch here one day. For non locals it was a bit confusing. But it's essentially a buffet - a really cheap buffet. We took some food and ordered a cold drink and they charged us very little money for it. A fun kind of family atmosphere.
We were looking for good thai inspired seafood and this was the top result... It was delicious but some dishes were a miss... We had tom yum (good!), chicken masak merah (good!), grilled squid (super good!), Lemon steamed sea bass (good!), Lala Lada (sauce good, clams weren't fresh), Kailan (good), Chap Chye (meh), Durian Pulut (GOOD!)As with the Kelantanese palate, food was a tad too sweet for us sugar conscious Singaporeans but the spiciness made up for it... Definitely comes recommend... Just lower expectations and you'll be blown away... Oh yes, clean place eventhough its technically roadside and minimal roaming cats!
Having dinner with my family really love food here superb tasty tomyam and the nestum prawn we're taking a set for family package really really love the food thumbs up for the service staff also great and friendly keep up a good work well done guys

After being in Kota Bharu 18years ago, we returned and very disappointed to see not only the night market venue had moved but also decreased in size and severely lacking the vibrant atmosphere that made it so special. There are still a number of stalls around selling usual local fare and at least we were able to have our long awaited murtabak pisang (banana murtabak). That did not disappoint and was glad to see it was still one of the most popular stalls. Not many places to sit and eat unless you buy food or drinks from the places under cover with seating.Generally an ok place, but wouldn't be rushing to go back.

Give yourself a try...the âteh madu aisâ very nice..add on the icecream..the âsup ikanâ so delicious...donât forget sambal belacan tooOverall okay but i donât like the staff that serve ânasi and laukâ.The seem to ignore me and my sister eventhough we did stand in front of them for a while.I have to raise my voice to attract their attention...other than that, everything was okay

Parking us limited but need to be patient. All kind of kaya toast and Nasi Tumpang for heavy breakfast. Service is efficient. Good place to catch up with old friends.

I dined here once during my stay in Kota Bharu last January-2018.It was a very satisfying dining experience. This is a Chinese restaurant and the choice of food was quiye extensive. The food arrived hot to the table and was very appetising..I encountered only one problem-service was rather slow and lunch, which should have taken, say, one hour, took considerably longer....Nevertheless the food was very appetising and I am happy to give this place 9 out of 10.
