Craving sushi, I noticed this restaurant and was not disappointed. There is a wide selection of sushi and sashimi, as well as hot entrees. The servings sizes are adequate and the price is right. Outisde seating on the back deck provides a great view of float planes taking off and landing.This is definite a "come back to place".

I visited this place after a few recommendations from some friends. It's located really close from the cruise ships and just a few steps away from Creek Street. The menu has a good variety and the service is quite fast. It's not the best sushi I've tried in my life, but it's good and fast. The only thing I didn't like too much was the green tea (not strong at all). They have wifi. Bring cash, unless if paying a big bill.

I was craving good Chinese food after my really bad experience the week prior in Sitka so I asked the front desk person at the hotel for a good place that delivers Chinese food and this is what he said. My food was hot and tasty and delivered quickly, no complaints! I will order again when I'm in town and need my Chinese food fix.

The choices are good, and when it was delivered to me, the pizza was hot and crisp. I come from Chicago so know good pizza, their pizza is better then anything frozen in the store. They also have Asian food that is good.

I know, I know ....having Chinese food in Alaska is a little different but I didn't want salmon again. We found this restaurant by accident and the food was yummy and service was very quick. You could sit upstairs or downstairs and very reasonably priced as well.

While visiting the area for a day we happen to ask a couple of different locals for a recommended non tourist restaurant and both mentioned â Mama Diazâ place for lunch. They were spot on! We got there around 1:30 so the first thing we heard was â no more special of the dayâ. Oh well...... I went for the noodle soup with pork and my wife the vegetables with soft noodles. Both outstanding! Itâs not a fast food in and out location since they create each order from scratch but highly recommend. The place was still very busy at 1:30 which was a very good sign.

Start with lumpia and you canât go wrong. Then pork pancit bihon and chicken adobo and life is good again! There is nothing like a little basic Filipino food! Thank you!
