Ordered delivery using the BeyondMenu app. Coupons were available through the app, received a free order of Crab Rangoon. Delivery charge was very reasonable, $1.50. The LoMein and fried rice were just okay. The General Tso and Sweet and Sour Chicken were good. Would order here again over anywhere else in JC.

Do yourself a favor and bypass the Family Buffet. There's a Cracker Barrel nearby that will provide you with a much better meal. While the Family Buffet does have a lot of variety to choose from, it's all mediocre at best. I tried several items and couldn't find anything that was particularly tasty. I overheard a woman saying that the ice cream was the best thing she had. My orange sherbet was easily the tastiest thing I had.

This buffet offering is always good. Several types of meats, both fried and steamed rice along with those clear noodles, great finger foods and several types of spicy kimchi. HIghly recommend!

3. Four Seasons Korean Restaurant

Sadly I discovered this place a few months ago. Of course I would be leaving Junction City / FT. Riley in December. I always find the place comfortable and fun. It's not a upscale place by no means but yet a great little Korean Joint that has a wonder menu and cooks. Also there is a little convenience shop that you can pick up herbal teas, Korean foods and other little things. The owners are on the elderly side but very friendly and will always greet you with a smile. I always order the Chicken Bulgogi which comes as mild or spicey. I have tried both and equally pleased. At 12.99 the price can be a little steep, but I always make two meals out of it. The Rice is your typical white moist/sticky kind that works well with chopsticks. I can recommend place with pride. Its a hidden Jem.

The door of Korean Gardens said they're open on Friday and Saturday until 7:30pm. There were multiple tables with people eating when we stepped in the restaurant at 6:30pm. We were told by staff "We're closed". Really? Guess the owners don't need the business.

Peking restaurant offers a good selection of all the usual entrees, and has the typical Chinese restaurant decor. I could tell it has been in business at this location for several years. The flavors of the sauces were delicate, and the vegetables were nicely cooked. I thought the portions were smaller than at other Chinese restaurants, and the prices edged close to the high side. Since we were on vacation and couldn't have kept leftovers it wasn't a problem, however. I could tell this is a favorite with local patrons.
