If you're looking for good Korean food that is not Korean BBQ, here's a good place to go eat. Same quality in Irvine, CA as in Chicago, IL. Could accommodate a party of 8 fairly fast.Clean restaurant (bathrooms too), fast service, plenty of food. All of our portions were huge. All of us brought something home to eat afterwards. We had Kalbi, Tofu soup, Dol Sot BimBimBap It's a bit pricey for lunch, but very worth the quality of food.also, kid friendly to some extent. IF you have your child in a stroller, it might block their banchan carts of kimchi. We would definitely go there again.

In town for business, this area is tough. Lots of housing/condos and hotels, dining super spread out, so everyone is busy for dinner!Thankfully they deliver via GH!Had shrimp yakisoba (make spicy) and takoyaki. Both super tasty!! Especially the takoyaki! Was not very spicy, even though I requested it to be. Still very tasty. Not many shrimp. But, very pleased with the food and speed of service!!!

Just love the combo lunch/dinners and superbly fresh sushi and sashimi served at Taiko. Their Sesame Chicken is a must which is a type of karage (fried) chicken, probably one of the tastiest karage chicken we have tasted and pretty addictive. There is always a wait whenever we come here whether itâs lunch or dinner but the wait is worth it but definitely try to go early to beat the crowd.

Second visit did not disappoint. We love the complexity of the Korean flavor fused with the Spanish Topes format. The Chimichanga, wet burrito, Gogi sliders, pork belly tacos and the skillet are our favorites. Dine with friends so that you can share tastes with each other.

This restaurant specializes the thinly sliced noodle called somen. Their somen are made fresh daily. You can choose various ingredients to go with the somen in a hot soup style dish. Or you can choose to have cold style preparation that comes with dipping sauce. Many other dishes are delicious as well, duck breast is one of my favorite, grilled fish is also executed well, Japanese style omelette, fried chicken pieces are some of the dishes I enjoy.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
This is probably one of my favorite Chinese food establishments...However, the prices continue to go up & the portions get smaller. It is one of the ONLY Chinese food places you will probably go & not have leftovers!! Several people I know, no longer go there because they feel it's expensive for what you get. I'd probably go there more often if this weren't the case!
I used to love Southern Spice, the food is different. However, this all changed with one bad attempt. As an Indian, I can tell you that Indians aren't known for their customer service. However, this one lady was terrible. After we had ordered, one dish didn't come. We asked different people many times, and they all said it was coming soon. This lady told me that we didn't order it. We politely informed her, that we had, but it was her mistake. She went ballistic, and started telling us how it was our fault. She then proceeded to try and charge us double for something we ordered, and when we refused, she just walked away from our table.NEVER COMING BACK! THE WORST WAITRESS!

Everything here was delicious. Kind of pricey for Ramen but this is Irvine. Very clean establishment with attentive waiters. They constantly came by to see if we needed anything and refilled drinks promptly. It's kind of small and there was a wait for us to get inside. I wish I had known to put in our name on the wait list online. My daughter got the Vegan Ramen which actually looked pretty good so I tried it. It was very tasty for vegan however I preferred my Tonkotsu Ramen which was rich and hearty. Requested the black garlic oil which they gave me for free as a first time visitor. I used it sparingly since the ramen already had tons of flavor. Got the Crispy Chicken which was just alright. Not what I expected I guess. Overall pretty happy with this find.

It is, if you are interested in a restaurant with a wide ranging-menu that offers traditional Chinese dishes as well as "standards" by American tastes. Big round tables invite family gatherings and festive events. Service is very fast and efficient.
