Reviews on Asian food in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The inland city of Guadalajara is bursting with history and culture. Many attractions are in the city's historic center and in the neighboring city of Zapopan. Museums, parks and churches flourish alongside bullfights, rodeos and soccer (futbol). Nearby are the towns of Tequila, where the liquor of the same name is produced, and Tlaquepaque and Tonala, where artisans create an abundance of Mexican handicrafts. Mariachi, which originated in the area, is a common sight and sound in Guadalajara.

SUPER nice service from the kindest waitress ever (she even got our son a sweatshirt when he was cold). There was a huge rain/wind/hail storm and the glass doors made me very anxious, but again, the waitress was awesome and helped us move. The food was VERY good (ensalada de papaya verde, pollo frito, eggplant, sticky rice) except for the slightly strange green curry, but when we mentioned it, they brought us another, better version. Good food, wonderful service. A bit pricey, but I would go back! Hello, Thanks for coming and visit us. Unfortunately Guadalajara is being having huge climate changes and that night wasn't a normal rain it was a huge storm. Hopefully you come back and give us a 5 star review!

Great Noodle bar with an indie/hipster twist located in a lively neighbourhood.Ramens and udons there are served in very generous portions and are particularly tasty. You can combine them with great tipical sodas or cocktails. Service is a bit on the slow side but the place is always crowded. As a matter of fact there is usually a long waiting line. if you cannot bother to wait and unless you are a ramen die-hard fan, I'd recommend to cross the street to enjoy an Okonomiyaki at Tanuki (same owners and a bit more expensive).

Suehiro is a good restaurant to go with friends. The food was OK I had the filet and chicken it lacked a little flavor. This was my first time here the other couple we were with said that the food that day was a little without flavor they think the cook was new because they go there often and it has more flavor. The drink was good I ordered the margarita. The desert was also OK....This place overall is OK.

atmosphere is nice, place is different as construction was not made specific for restaurant, they adapt a place that previously existed and used to be a place where you need to reserve in order to be able to get a table, not sure if it still, took visitors from other countries and they liked it very much

The restaurant is quite new in the city apparently and has a nice wide variety of ramens and other traditional Japanese dishes, no waiting time at 1pm and the place is nice and quite. Prices are completely affordable too. Service was professional and friendly.

Until today, I knew nothing about Korean food. I was a Korean food virgin, except for a couple of dishes from a stand in the Abastos Market. But yesterday, my son watched 'Chef's Kitchen' on Netflix, an episode on Korea. He dropped by this afternoon and started raiding my refrigerator, all the while raving about the show. "There's a Korean restaurant not far from here," he hinted. So we ended up at Restaurante SSAM.Fortunately, the menu includes photos and descriptions. We started out with the Bancham appetizer that arrives with a bowl of sticky rice. We then shared a steamy bun, a lentil cake and a bowl of hot Bibim Tocino (pork). Everything single thing was delicious with vibrant, complex flavors and textures. The service was excellent and the prices moderate. What a delight! I highly recommend SSAM. We'll be back soon to continue sampling our way through the entire menu.hi Wordsmyths, Thank you for the kind words aud glad to hear you had a great meal! We Hope to see you again .

Welcome to MUI MUI. Asian street food Izakaya Style. Delicious by day amazing by night #MUIMUIVibes.
A pleasant venue. Sadly a very average experience. The staff make the place slightly stressful, buzzing around, forgetting orders and being consistently inconsistent. The reviews suggesting the food here is good are just donât ring true, itâs bar snack food with a vague Asian twist and ok, not good or bad, just meh. The DJ dances mindlessly to a playlist. Itâs just jarring. It wonât matter what I think, but for US and Europe visitors, things like trying to move us mid meal and forgetting our change will be irritating. This place just needs to get its head out of its butt a bit to make it worth stopping in. We are sorry to read this Philip. Your review has been sent to Management and will be taken notice to improve our experience to all clients.
