This is really the best sushi I've ever had anywhere. You can even watch them make it. And it's really reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone.Even though I live in Düsseldorf (about an hour drive to Do-Sushi in Gladbeck) I come here regular. And it's always worth it.

Bereits beim Betreten des Restaurants wird man freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Menü- Karte ist umfangreich und bietet für jeden Geschmack das Richtige. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklären und empfehlen ausgiebig. Das Essen geschmacklich sehr lecker, für europäische Gaumen deutlich abgemildert, man erhält auf Wunsch aber auch die schärferen Varianten der Gerichte. Die Einrichtung ist leider veraltet und rustikal. Trotzdem ist das Ishitas auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

If you like to eat from a buffet, it is okay and nicely priced. Ordering from the menu (a la carte) was good. Friendly start.

Restaurant was less than half full for dinner at 6pm. I always order duck at Chinese restaurants in Germany because the fried skin is so good. The duck at Fusion did not disappoint, crispy skin and moist dark meat, it was awesome.

For a fast, cheap and simple dish try Saigon Imbiss. Good food, not spectacular. Possibility to dine inside. Not much atmosphere though. Good service. Chinese beer available.
