We were pretty excited to try this place while in Saginaw for the weekend. However, when we got there, 6pm on a Saturday, they were on some kind of limited menu and were out of A LOT of things. What we did end up ordering was good, but I didn't appreciate being told "we're out" 40 times to get to a meal.

Conveniently located in the East End building across from the Dow Diamond, this restaurant is the new hot spot in town. Being the only sushi restaurant in Midland to offer such a wide range of options for those who are new to sushi or love the traditional
Obviously plenty of sushi options (which I hear are tasty). But they do have quite a few vegetarian rolls and hibachi type dishes, all of which are great. It is a small restaurant so there may be a minor wait during main times.

I have finally found a restaurant that serves my favorite Korean meal BiBiBam. (Sorry for the mispelling) The choices they have on the menu will give anyone looking for an Asian meal they have some great choices. Chinese, Korean and Japenese selections in a pleasant invroment.

Shrimp tempura was 100 stars!!! So delicious and light and crispy! Soup was meh. Not really worth eating. I was pleasantly surprised by the salad dressing. It was earthy and had a smoky flavor I can't put my finger on. Very unique and something I've never tasted. Loved it! Chicken terriyaki was "good" according to my 12 year old. Fried gyoza were small and on the dry side but tasted good. Firecracker roll tasted good, nice texture and huge! But not at all spicy so could be disappointing if you're looking for heat. California dream roll was nice texture, large portion size but a little bland. Overall good experience and better than Hello or Genji by far.

Been going to the other Chinese resturant across the street. However my G/F suggested something different. I'm glad she did. The food was very good with plenty of meat. We actually split the Garlic Chicken and still had some to take home. We looked at the Buffet and was impressed with all the selections. We will definitely be going back. I think we found our new go to place.

Very fresh, tasty ingredients. Knowledgeable staff, with good recommendations. My wife 8s not adventurous, but there were many great selections that our server reccomended. The peanut curry was delicious and very filling. Drunken noodles were also a hit. Need takeaway boxes for both. Great stop.

We have been here many times but not for the last two years. We went a few days ago and started out with the chef dropping juggling items followed by the shrimp frying. He tried to do a trick with the shrimp tails and they went flying about hitting us.It then went to the main course with average soup followed by the toughest ribeye we've ever had. Most in out party ate little as it was chewy with little flavor. One had the filet and only ate a few bites. They need to work big time on quality control and to be cautious with utensils

We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend from Midland. The price was quite reasonable and they offered a nice selection of soft drinks, decent wine, beer, and cocktails. Diners fill a bowl with their selection/quantity of protein (chicken, ribeye, seafood, tofu) then fill the rest of the bowl with a wide variety of noodles, rice, and/or vegetables. You then select the type of sauce and seasonings for your meal - there are numerous to choose from: soy, teriyaki, tahini, buffalo, sesame, etc. and the chef cooks your meal as you watch. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. Other families had young children with them and the staff's interaction with those children was impressive. This restaurant is now on our "absolute must do" list for the next time we are in the Midland, MI area.

Pretty Spartan décor and showing some wear. Still, good selection for very little money on the lunch buffet. Buffet includes beverages self serve. If something is out just mention it and they will replace it quickly. They do most of their dinner business in take out and are quick. My food has always been hot and tasty. Smaller restaurant but handles groups easily. They don't serve a desert, but who really needs it with an all you can eat buffet and drinks?
