Eleven members of our family descended on this place and kind of overwhelmed the poor wait staff person. It was his second day. We have three appetizers and a great variety dishes. Mine was the Singapore (#40). Rice, chicken, and spices. I asked for it spicy, It was not. Served lukewarm.. Almost no chicken . I asked around the family what everyone thought . Pho was highest rated dish (two had this). Average was the general response of everyone else.

Had been looking for a go to Chinese restaurant since moving to Eureka with not much luck. Our next door neighbor recommended Chin's. We had passed by several times but were a little put-off by the adjoining motel and the "& sandwiches" sign addition. Gave it a try and are quite pleased. As other reviewers have noted - don't park in back toward the motel. It appears to be an indigent and tweeker haven. My lady ordered her favorite of pork lo-mein, I had the honey walnut prawns and we shared an order of pot stickers. The pot stickers were perfect - fresh tasting and just the right amount of crispness - but a traditional dipping sauce would be nice. My wife gave a thumbs up on the lo-mein and the honey walnut prawns were delicious. Most enjoyable was the upbeat personality and service of the owner. An added plus was the reasonable tab. Had to ignore/avoid a shouting match coming from a couple of the motel residents on the way to the car but all in all - we agree we found our go to Chinese.

I've tried the other menu options, but I've ordered the same thing for over a year now - a small spicy tofu and avocado with all the veggies. Yum!! It's also one of the few places to get bubble tea in Humboldt.

Stopped in for dinner and lunch buffet another time. The buffet was underwhelming. About 50% vegetarian. They had Indian spiced French fries, but they were not crispy. There is no buffet at dinner, just lunch. Food is very reasonably priced with dinner entree around $10 including rice. I also had samosas and they were awesome. The menu is pretty standard for an Indian place in the US.Had the saag paneer and naan. Both were really good, but I have to say the cheese seemed not dense enough. Good flavors though. I will definitely try this place again.

I had lunch here, and I'll definitely be going back. The place is busy, but the service is super efficient. There were so many things on the menu that appealed to me. I decided on a delicious seafood soup. It was full of seafood, copious noodles, and a lovely broth. I'll definitely be back..
My friend and I hadnât been to Hana for years and thought weâd go here for something different. No reservations needed, we went in around 5:30 PM The dinner rush hadnât started so we have the place to ourselves. It look like people were coming in regularly for take out though. Ordered a Sapporo and the salmon teriyaki bento box. (They have 3 variations for dinner-obento, with meat, rice and vegetable/fruit. Then Don {rice bowl} just meat and rice and then plain/just the meat) My friend got the chicken teriyaki bento box. They start with a really crisp, fresh cucumber salad in a light vinaigrette, then the dinner box. Salmon was perfectly cooked, grilled with teriyaki on a bed of sticky rice (was a wee bit mushy but good) Fruit and veggies, very fresh. Service was excellent as well. Nice atmosphere, with origami and fans decorating the walls. Definitely will be back. Japanese food as good as Iâve had anywhere.

look on yelp or the phone book, it is the best restaurant in the area, I am surprised it is not listed here
Definitely a change and decrease in food quality. Platters not set up the same, pickled veggies a poor attempt at Kimchee, miso soup too salty, not enough on hand, and bland. Tempura veggies really had no coating to speak of, just oily fried. Edamame was a small handful; barely enough for 1. Long wait, loud, and very cold. We were told they could not close the hall doorway, which periodically is open to the street by people coming in. A door blanket would help, or turn off the fan.Very ordinary; such a loss. Will not go back.

Siam Orchid Thai Cuisine is a Thai, dine in and take away restaurant based out of Eureka, California. Asian, Chinese, and Pan Asian, cuisines are also available here. The restaurant offers take out, and is open for both lunch and dinner. Its menu includes
For the quality, the food is on the expensive side. And they charge you extra for rice. Now who eats thai curry without rice? Most other Thai places include rice with the curry entre order price. This place will sell you the curry dish and charge each order $2 for the rice! Very sneaky!

It was formerly the Ritz Teppanyaki and Cin Cin.
Same tepanyaki experience as last time I came. Enjoyable, and food was good, but prices are now officially shocking. I will not be going back. It was a favorite for birthdays. Now it is a place where you go to prove you have money to burn. It is a good dining experience. Food never disappoints. No longer a decent value. If you win the lottery (or get a big raise), try it.

If you are a vegetarian I recommend this place as the veggies are so good. The meat is so so. The food overall was still really good and I will be back.
