The population was 42,108 at the 2010 census, up from 18,016 at the 2000 census. This population growth is attributed through the combination of actual population increase within the 2000 CDP boundaries and expansion of the boundaries. The area of EDH was expanded from 17.9 square miles (46 km) in 2000 to 48.606 square miles (125.89 km) in 2010.

We took a chicken vermicelli Pho to go, and it made 2 large servings of soup for our dinner on a cold night. They packed up the broth and the soup contents separately so we could heat it up gently ourselves and the ingredients would not get soggy or lose their crunch sitting in liquid. There were also chopped peanuts and sliced green onion tops as well as siracha packets as the side to garnish the soup. We also ordered the sliced chili chicken and rice and egg rolls and they were also quite good. Makes for an easy and tasty dinner with leftovers for the next day.

After watching a movie, my friends and I decided to have lunch at Mikuni in Roseville. In spite of the many diners waiting, it didn't take us long to get seated. The receptionists were very friendly and polite. The food was excellent!

We have ordered take out items from this restaurant for many years and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. Your order is usually ready in 15 minutes, so makes it easy to pick up something for dinner at the last minute. Our San Francisco foodie son has said it is as good as many of the good Chinese restaurants he frequents in the city. Have only eaten in the restaurant a couple times and found the same good food then, plus very attentive service. Lots of different styles of Chinese cuisine to choose from on the menu.

This place is hit or miss. The rolls are good sized and quality but sometimes too saucy. Service is sometimes slow both on making the food and also the dining service itself even when the restaurant is half full. You don't feel the welcoming and polite attitude as in most other Japanese restaurants. Huge menu with a lot of great choices but maybe that's why they have issues, too many different dishes for the chef to deal with as well as the wait staff. However the upside is that everyone can find something they like at this local restaurant.

Went to the one in El Dorado Hills. The above mention soup was great but the rest was average. The main dishes we ordered included lobster sauce shrimp and shiitake mushroom beef. They were tasteless. The portions were adequate and the prices moderate. The service was good.

I thought this would restaurant be full of non-Chinese people, since I thought this would be more of a tourist destination. I was right that I was the only Asian person aside from the people who worked there, but there are so many regulars, I was really impressed! This is on the main tourist drag of Old Folsom, so I imagined people from all over coming to eat. Nope. From the conversations, 99% are from right around. Are there stereotypical Chinese American dishes with huge portions? Absolutely. But are there lovely traditional-leaning dishes? Yes, there are! We really liked the seafood with mixed veggies (such a great sauce!). The fried green bean appetizer was generous but could have used a bit of flavor in the batter; dipping it in sweet and sour sauce isn't my thing. It was the same sauce for the Mandarin duck. The duck itself was so creative, crisp and chewy and fatty and boneless. But the sauce was a bit cloying for me. Now I know. Service is fantastic and friendly.

Came for an early lunch to celebrate a birthday and ordered off the lunch menu. $10.95 for salad, rice and entree. You have your choice of veggie, chicken, beef or pork. Shrimp or calamari is $2 more. I ordered the Fresh Ginger with chicken. The sauce was wonderful and the fresh veggies were very nice. Everything seemed very light and fresh. Service was nice and the restaurant has quite a few tables.

Really delicious meal at Aji. We had lumpia, Kalbi tacos, a salmon salad, and tantan noodles. Everything was delicious. I wish my stomach was bigger because there were a lot of other things I would have liked to try. The menu was great with lots of choices. Service was friendly and great. Atmosphere was relaxing. Our only complaint was the room was pretty chilly. Outside patio looks especially nice when weather gets better. This will be one of our new favorite places!

We went to the Bistro and ordered the same entrees I have ordered at the Frank Fat's Downtown location . It was good , but the downtown location is better. The presentation and the taste was just a lot better at Frank Fat's. The service was very good and the food came out promptly.
