Restuarant Riza and Mario is a small but quite place .We have a meals for an very low budget but the taste is great. Just visit us.
I was last friday in the restaurant riza and mario. I eated there beef paratha and drink a cucumber smoothie. The taste was good and the people was friendly. I will go again. And specialy their best seller chicken tandoori the taste was so nice....
Located at the ground floor of Lenox Hotel, Cafe Feliz serves great food for lunch or dinner. The Chinese food selection is very good, just be warned that the "small" serving good for 2-3 is on the assumption that it is the only viand you will eat. So one may tend to order too much. There are other items on the menu like pizza and other American food. The pizza is also good.Breakfast though is so-so especially the free one for the Stay in Lenox.Price is above-average but servings are quite generous.
Expect the usual Chowking, with fastfood quality and service. Food quality is ok and is comparable to the other Chowkings. One good side for this particular branch is the renovated and modern look of the restaurant with bright lighting and spacious dining area. Restrooms are just ok. Parking is very limited.

The staffs are very approachable and friendly. The food was served fast but the foods are average for me. They have ample parking space for the customers. It is really difficult to make conversation with others because of the live band.
Best Pigar-Pigar, a local delicacy in Pangasinan Philippines. Carabao Beef that is tender, deep fried ala tapa. Best with vegetables and dipped in a soysauce, calamasi, and chili concoction. They are also open for lunch serving typical Filipino food in addition to pigar pigar. Parking is scarce due because you need to park on the street.
Something different, tasteful, and comforting. Chef Distrito will cater all your gastronomic needs.
Love their kare kare bagnet, cripsy lengua, buttermilk chicken, cebu lechon and poqui-poqui. For desserts you must try their macaron ice cream, macarons, red velvet sylvannas, cheesecakes, cupcakes and they also sell dedication cakes. Their food is delicious and their price is budget value without comprising the taste. I really recommend this place when you visit Dagupan City. They also offer party food trays for office events and catering and dessert buffet for your party.

Only 1 sever was handling the 10 tables, our order takes ages to arrived and worst is that some of it never came. Glass served was chipped and we ask for replacement and still the same it came with a bigger chipped. Super disappointed and will never recommend this place.

If you're craving for good home cooked meals, this place is for you. They serve great Filipino food especially their pigar pigar, kare kareng gulay and sinigang na boneless bangus. The place is quite spacious, food is fairly priced and service is really good.

I'm guessing that this place gets its share of Dagupan first-timers all the time. Every big town or city has one place where locals take their guests. This would probably the default visitors' place in Dagupan. The place is big and if you have not done a good coordination job with your group, you might spend a few minutes just looking for each other. There are open-air dining areas and an air-conditioned area. If you're doing lunch, take the air-conditioned area because it's really hot outside. The food is good especially their Pangasinan specialties. I guess being in the airconditioned restaurant has another advantage: the food comes much faster. The staff are helpful and even allowed us to eat our brought-in native candy for dessert.Parking is not enough to accommodate customers so many end up parking along the side of the highway where it's not really safe and where the sun beats down directly on your vehicle.Wouldn't mind going back if ever I'm in Dagupan again.

I've tried several of these by-the-water restaurants in my travels and many fall short of my expectations. However, I would say that this is a great seafood restaurant. The place looks inviting and the service is very good. Food is yummy and the sea food is really fresh. The night we were there, there was an acoustic band that provided entertainment (although we much have preferred to just talk while we dined).Parking is plenty but you need to have your own ride to get here. Another thing I like is that it doesn't smell fishy in the restaurant unlike some places near a body of water.Note: I still can't get the thought of the humongous catfish they served us out of my mind.
