Weve eaten in the resturant quite a few times ,and always have been very happy ,but the last few takeaways weve had ,we have been very dissapointed . The first was over an hour late ,with no apology , ( although the food was great ). The secound the food was below standard , and the most recent one ,last week ,we ordered two different chicken wing dishes and neither of them contained the shoulder part (the large part of the wing that connects to the body ) ,just the small mid wing part Seven pieces of the smallest part of the wing ,terrible value for money . The rest of the meal was average at best . We wont be using Singapore Orchid again , which is a shame because weve had some lovely meals there in the past and given it excellent reviews .Iâm so sorry we were late in our delivery and food was a disappointment for you. Iâve taken on board your comments and will change to use both joints of wings instead of just mid-joint which I thought was better for a starter but of course it looks smaller. Youâve always given us great reviews and itâs important that we keep up with our good standard of food at all times so please do give me a call.Look forward to speaking to you.

My family and I are very fond of this venue and have supported since it opened but our visit on Friday was very disappointing.The bar staff seemed more interested in chatting and serving their friends/regulars first.The toilets were filthy. Paper all over the floor and broken seats.Change of menu, the sides are now not much off the price of a mains. Has it changed hands recently or have they got so big as a business they donât care about this place anymore and prefer to focus on the keg and grill (shut whatâs going on with that?),the restaurant further down the road and their place in Caterham ??? This restaurant needs your attention.

Great food. Fresh, flavoursome... & nice wines (albeit it very basic selection- no high end options) âCleanâ food.. doesnât feel cretinous - feels good & fresh! Tip to anyone who likes spice - order the Indian fried rice your rice will never be the same again! Service could be improved - they get aggy about taste cards & make it slightly uncomfortable which is a shame. The food is great- focus on the food!

As visitors to Croydon we were taken to this restaurant by friends and I didn't have high expectations. However the food was good quality, authentic and to my taste. Service was efficient but the restaurant was quiet.I thought the prices were on the high side, but I am a stranger to this area so I cant make comparisons.The menu warned of a 10% service charge which I was not happy with, however it did not appear on our bill. I like to decide what tip to leave.We would gladly return to this restaurant as the food was impressive.

I eat here quite often and review it often too. There is now a new menu that no longer does the Chinese side of things, so I can only assume that they have revised the dishes and kept the most popular items instead. We ordered the fish kadai, prawn thokku, saag daal and a few side breads - naan, roti and chapati. We also had a few pickles to go with it. The food was exceptional and is consistently good on every occasion. We managed to finish most of it and only took a little daal home. This is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. Dear Belle-Noel,Thank you very much for your kind good review, due to the very small restaurant too many items of food to take a long time to cook and don't want a delayed service. I know food comes out at different times but when the person youâre with has eaten their starters and mains and is ready to leave and you havenât got even started yet itâs become a bit of a joke. The chilli squid was dry, bland and tired looking, the chicken skewers were just cold and so were the gyoza. Order took very long to cook. The âwrapâ was extremely poorly wrapped, both ends were basically funnels for the litres of sauce that came pouring out. I tried unwrapping it and the whole thing just came apart like a child unwrapping a present on crack. The mighty Bun Kabab. Probably one of the best if not the best in London. Beautifully cooked, nicely seasoned, great textures and perfect with a serving of chutney and thinly sliced red onions. Sounds, looks and definitely tastes of Karachi. This establishment serves some amazing varieties of authentic Karachi Cuisine.The only advise to the owners is please do not charge customers extra for a side of chutney and red onions.That so un-Karachi!The Side of chutney and red onions is key to making this replicate a true Karachi Bun kabab.

Restaurant was nice and busy lovely atmosphere service is friendly and professional remembering me from a previous visit which is lovely . What a great place.. on of my nieces has eaten here before and suggested it... Iâm so glad she did! Food was amazing The staff were greatReally good value for money.Decor plain and simple .. donât be put off BYOB such a bonus as we all like different drink so just sorted ourselves out. Iâll be heading back when Iâm next down here as the menu had so many dishes I want to try!
