The food is really good quality and amazing service. We like how it is a set price and then you order anything of the menu, this means the food is freshly cooked for you. This place definitely deserves more recognition for how good it is. We have visited a few times and never been dissapointed and we have ordered takeaways a couple of times and the quality is still great! Lovely place

Called in here last Sunday. Not too busy, but beautifully decorated and welcoming.Really good choices on the menu.We shared a starter of sweetcorn cakes, which were very, very tasty. We both chose the same main dish, but I had the beef option and my husband had the chicken. Although it was noted as being a very hot dish, I would recommend asking for more chilies if you do want it to be very hot. That being said, it was all very good and we would return.

We have not been to Matlock /Matlock Bath before and we feel we found a little gem in this Chinese. We was entertained from start to finish. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The origami was very entertaining and when we come back to Matlock we will be calling in again.

Visited this place for dinner and it does send like it is more popular as a takeaway than as a dine in. Initially we were seated very close to the kitchen and the extremely strong smells emanating from within made my daughter fairly nauseous. Thankfully we were moved to another table at the far end from the kitchen.Good service by the staff. We tried the lamb chops, matar paneer, tarka daal along with naans and rice. The naans were humongous and were really good to taste. The matar paneer was probably the one lacking in authentic taste and seasoning. Lamb chops were succulent and full of flavour. The tarka daal needed a generous dose of salt after which it was quite up to the mark.Wouldnât give it top marks for authenticity in taste and texture but service was very good.

We visited on a Monday evening which is when the Balti does their 'Banquet Evening', which is a tasting menu with lots of different starters and dishes to share amongst your table. We decided against this as we preferred to choose some dishes from the main menu. We enjoyed popadoms and relishes to start with, followed by biryani and balti, naan and mushroom rice. The meal was good value (£50 for two including a couple of drinks each). We hadn't booked a table, and when we arrived at 6.45 were the only people in the restaurant, but by 7.30pm it was packed, so I'd advise booking if you're going to arrive later than 6.30ish. They were also very busy with take away orders. The service was a little slow, but we weren't in any rush so it didn't bother us. To top it off you get a couple of little chocolates and mints with your bill which I always think is a nice touch. I'd definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.

Raising the standard of Indian fine dining, whilst remaining accessible, affordable and most importantly enjoyable Rich textures and the finest flavours leave our customers satisfied in a way they say, âonly taste can describeâ
I was working in the area and staying at the PremierInn the other side of the motorway. The pub next door serves mainly food from a microwave mainly and 45/50 minutes wait every night so looked for somewhere local with good fresh food rated well on here and came across this fab place. It was 3/4 of a mile walk for us each way but well worth it.We visited 3 days on the trot and every meal was fresh, tasty and well presented.Always greeted nicely by friendly staff(Think his name was Jack) anyway good lad.Well worth a visit. Great food. I know I will once back up there working.Thank you for the wonderful review. We look forward to serving you again soon, please continue to share your Delhi Nights experience with your friends and family.

Situated in the historic market town of Belper, Tom Yum Thai is in beautiful location whilst remaining convenient. Right by Chucklebutties play centre, it's the perfect place to stop after a day spent with family. If you're after relaxation, this restaura
This place deserves all the glowing reviews. Situated on the riverbank in an abandoned mill complex, itâs a small but beautiful restaurant that serves the most delicious and authentic Thai food.We were about 10 miles away from this place and although I called only an hour an advance, my table was confirmed for dinner. On arrival we were led to our table, orders taken by a really attentive and friendly staff member. We were surprised at how quickly the food was served. All fresh, all hot and very good to taste. The decor is really beautiful and cozy even though the place is small. Great service by an amazing staff.

We visited Elaichi on a Friday evening at 6.30 having previously booked a table. The restaurant was already getting busy and when we left every table was occupied which was a good sign! The service, food and atmosphere were great and I wouldnât hesitate to recommend it!We were with some friends from Australia and they had requested a good curry and they were not disappointed!A great local curry house!

We have been coming here for years despite travelling from far away..because the food is amazingly tasty, the atmosphere friendly, and Midge is just great, whether he's cooking or front of house. In fact, we like the restaurant and the local people so much that we've been looking to move here. Looking forward to many more years of fantastic food, great company, and so unbelievably friendly that we rarely leave without making new friends. This restaurant is a real gem...I hope that it never changes. I don't think it ever will.
