Reviews on Asian food in Columbus, Georgia, United States. This bustling riverfront town offers good old-fashioned Southern hospitality, old-world charm and a treasure trove of discoveries for Civil War buffs. To really get the feel of another era, stroll through the National Historic District, a 28-block stretch of restored Victorian homes, gardens and gazebos, and tour the house museums in Heritage Corner. Situated on the Chattahoochee River, Columbus offers a mixture of old and new with the lovely 12-mile Columbus Riverwalk, which includes the Chattahoochee Promenade, a walking tour of historical markers. A chief supplier for the Confederate Army, the town's Civil War history is on display in myriad museums and historic sites like Port Columbus Civil War Naval Center, which contains some of the Civil War's most important artifacts. But it's not all just war memorabilia: Columbus boasts a rich cultural side, with opera, symphony and a performing arts center. And for family fun, head to the Coca-Cola Space Museum for a simulated flight and a look at the first Coke machine used in outer space.

We decided to try it and loved it. We were not very adventurous. My husband had the teriyaki chicken and I had the fried rice. We loved it. So much food we took half of each home. We also ordered the tempura shrimp and crab appetizer. It was good but the teriyaki sauce on our meal over powered it. We also had the cinnamon ginger tea after dinner. It was delightful. We definitely will be back!

We went for dinner tonight. The place wasnât crowded. Had to wait forever to get our drinks ordered and after we finally got the attention of our server to order,a roach ran over the table. We called the server but she didnât seem surprised and just took the flatware we used to kill the beast and left. We had to call her back to wipe the table. Gross!!!We ordered the fried duck and Rama curry. The food was good but the service was bad. It was also very disappointing that the manager who was behind the bar the whole time, either wasnât aware of the roach incident or just didnât bother to come to our table to address the issue.

I chose this restaurant based on reviews and was very happy. The food was delicious! The fish cake, a special for the day were excellent! just spicy enough. The shrimp rolls were actual shrimp, rolled in light crispy pastry with a small amount of stuffing, the Pad Thai is very good also. My dinner companion had a salad and another dish that she raved about but I was to consumed with my food to notice. Service was friendly and efficient. I recommend this place if you like Thai.

If you like Asian food or spicy food....GO! The food has fantastic flavor and the portion are huge. It's not real fancy. Small building and could use a remodel. NONE of this is a reason to pass this restaurant up. Prices are cheap compared to the quality and quantity that you get.

Had a hankering for pho so decided to check this place out. The waitress was nice and polite taking my order and bringing the tea back in short order. The pho arrived a little later with the condiments. The pho was good, but average compared to other places I've eaten in other cities. There were several folks eating and there was a steady stream of customers during the meal.

We visited Mikata Japanese Steakhouse while in the area for my soldierâs graduation from Fort Benning. Mikataâs owner greeted us at the door, was pleasant and welcoming. While we could not be seated immediately, he kept us updated as to when we could expect to be seated. We had a party of five. The Hibachi chef was very talented, and made the experience fun. The steak was cooked to order, and the seafood was fresh.

I stopped here before getting on a cross country flight. Iâm so glad I did! I ordered a large bowl of Pho with brisket and flank. It was just wonderful! Some subtle flavors in the broth that made it very special. I also ordered spring rolls to go. All this for $12 and change. Honestly, it should have cost a lot more because it was a superior meal

Love this little gem of a place. The food is always fresh and the staff is fast and courteous. My favorite is the Corn Chicken- more than one person can eat- always take more than half home with me.
