The food is nice and well prepared, with a few exceptions in the entrees. The service is ok. The main problem is that is a big place and the air conditioned do not works properly, and this is a problem than happens for years and with the scorching temperatures we have in Queensland, it spoils your meal. The day we were there was a table that changes four times just trying to find a spot where they can cool.

We've Regularly visited kam fay over last 20 years (including at their previous premises) and have to say that what they produce is good honest Chinese food and reasonable value compared to other places around,Particularly good dim sims and doesn't matter whether they steamed or fried. Never had a bad meal from here and consistory good for what it is, moved a way from this place a couple of years ago but after trying the Chinese joints in our new area still travel back to kam day for dinner and tAkeaway. One of the best eateries in Cleveland and Redlands.

The waiters are very friendly and effective. The food, nothing extraordinary that you can not buy in any Chinese fast food restaurante.
A very friendly place to while away a couple of hours over Sunday brunch with friends. A range of delicious and great value meals available. Seating is covered on the footpath, ideal for Queensland summer. The coffee is especially good, and tea arrives in very cute teapots.
Very new cafe style eating place that I doubt will last long against long established and stiff competition in the local area.Very austere furnishings inside, no liquor licence.Friendly staff with somewhat limited English skills. But, they are keen to please and time will tell ..........

This restaurant is located in the Raby Bay Marina, in Cleveland QLD, the Raby Bay Marina has several other restaurants in it such as Hogs Breath Cleveland and The Icon Bar & Bistro.
Outdoor seating makes it very nice on a balmy Queensland evening. Food was variable; satay chicken was excellent as was the choo Chee sauce but the prawns in it were not fresh and overcooked.Service was stretched on a busy midweek night with many Christmas get-togethers, but the kitchen coped well.BYO and licensed with limited wine list. Pricing is reasonable.

Great positive was finding Thaison open late. A great range of dishes that catered for out diverse group however the meals lacked the extra wow factor to rate higher than 3 stars. Sweet chilli chicken with cashews was very oily and the pad thai lacked taste. Having said that, it may be worthwhile to dine in as the group we saw there wee having a great time.

Our family has been eating both inhouse and takeaway for years. It has had it's ups and downs and currently it's definately worth a visit. All tables were full of happy patrons and it smelt of spicy fragrances. The coconut chili jam chicken curry paired with coconut rice was hot and delicious. The honey sesame chicken was crispy and was my son's favourite.

confused about the name?, i am . The RBO closed & the new name outside is HAOZ. Glad you are back Andy So for Haoz, we had a superb meal, couldnt fault it. Beef was so tender. I ordered hot & it did pack a punch. We didnt order starters, the main was quite sufficient. Our friends who have also been there are of the same opinion. Great value as well about $30 a head including a beer

We only had two courses both of which were very good. First course was the ubiquitous Miso soup. This was absolutely delicious and was served piping hot.Second was the steak and the vegetables. This is where the theatrics came in. The food was expertly cut up, tossed around with the chef doing the usual of catching the salt and pepper shakers in his hat; very entertaining. The area this restaurant is in is harbour side so we decided to go out and have coffee and ice cream elsewhere. The cost was relatively expensive for the food but this restaurant has the added attraction of the theatrics. We found it was hard to make conversation because of the noise of the theatrics and the fact that the acoustics are poor, there being lots of glass windows, floor tiles and stainless steel cooking tops and surrounds. There were virtually no soft furnishings to deaden the sound.
