We go here a couple of times a month because it's very close to home. Even if it weren't so close we'd come here. It's normally pretty crowded so be prepared to wait a few minutes but the service and food are spot on!

What a surprise to find a good restaurant in Chula Vista, the land of fast and bad food. The portions are generous and our server was out if this world nice and attentive. Loch specials are well priced and a good value. Give it a try I think you'll enjoy it.

At the 1st visit approximately 2 months ago, the experience was less than satisfactory because of slow service (1 example: waited 30 minutes for the check...after requesting several times)?Wrote off the experience as "not the normal", so may return again.2nd visit was last week, and the service was ABSOLUTELY & TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY"!!! After receiving beverages & place settings...the waiting began! The server came by 3 times & apologized for the long delay!! When he came by again, I told him our appetizer MUST be served within 1 minute or my wife & I were leaving!!! He left & returned immediately & told us the manager had taken control of our order (whatever that meant)??? At the end of the minute, we got up and started to leave...and guess who followed us...it was the manager!?!? I paused long enough to express in "specific terms" how grossly unsatisfactory the service was, how during a prior visit the service was also lousy, and that we would NEVER be back. He quickly started to make an offer, to which I immediately refused & walked out.

This restaurant is very reasonably priced and food portions are great. This is a sit down restaurant but they also cater to take out customers. There is a small sushi bar. Bento plates are the best bargain with many items to choose from. Have been here several times and food and service are consistantly good.

Our neighbors introduced us to Bento and Noodles last night and we are most grateful. Walking inside, the restaurant is most inviting and they were doing a brisk business on a Sunday evening. Service was attentive, food was attractively arranged, and the bento boxes quite reasonable at $10.99. The garlic wings for an appetizer were delicious, the miso soup was a good followup, and the salad with a honey vinaigrette was enjoyed by all. One in our party ordered the pork cutlet udon soup which arrived in a large bowl and was quite tasty. The rest of us ordered bento boxes which included 2 choices, 2 California roll pieces, and white rice. The General Tso's Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Chicken were flavorful. My tempura shrimp was not greasy but I thought 2 more pieces would have been nice. The Sweet and Sour Pork pieces looked like chicken nuggets but the sauce was good. Good value, good service, and good food make this a worthwhile dining option.

You would never think the food would be this good in an ugly strip center. But it is. Inside it is simple with florescent lighting and a takeout counter. A great selection of Chinese, Vietnamese and Pho. The Pho is very good. Other dishes from seafood to beef were well received. Friendly, great service. A great place to eat. Reasonable prices. Worth the stop.

We come here for ramen or sushi - both are outstanding. Be aware that they close between lunch and dinner, so if you're not careful and you eat lunch in the mid-afternoon, they may be closed - so call first. GREAT food, always busy and fun.

We come here once a week and wouldn't miss the night out because the people who provide excellent. We have been coming here since they opened. We normally sit at the bar and the bartenders Edwin, Cheryl and Roman have become member os ourr extended family. They know what we like, know us by name and treat us royally. All the dishes are excellent. A particular favorite is banh xeo (the vietnamese crepe and the Tai Chin. Kudos to the staff.
