Coco curry is iconic. They're well known for their curry and the flexibility to personalize your order with your choice of meat, vegetables, toppings. The serving size is quite large, I didn't finish it all but I did finish the left overs Lol. I even purchased a couple of their at home curry bags to make their curry at home, and wish I bought more! They need to expand the Coco Ichibanya food chain to different US cities (not just LA).

After reviewing the recommendations on TripAdvisor, i decided to go there with my significant other. The route was long and after we reached the place, we had our hopes high. We had prior tasted 3 restaurants selling sushi in Okinawa and they all tasted pretty good. But this was the worst sushi we had in our entire life, even worse than the packaged sushi in the supermarket. Scallops were tasteless and smelled fishy. Salmon is hard to disappoint but the chef managed to do so. Ebi was tasteless as well. We ordered a lot of sushi, thinking that it will be awesome, but we couldn't bear to even finish them. We felt so embarrassed to leave the place without finishing the food, but decided to do so anyway. However, before we wanted to leave to pay, one of the waiter ladies motioned us gave us a bag and plastic to take away the remaining sushi..we sucked it up and gave them the face to pack away the remaining sushi. We paid and left and threw away the sushi after we left the shop. I cannot understand why it has got a high recommendation from TripAdvisor. We hope more people can review and give them a wake up call. Felt that the ratings were totally off the charts. Even if I were paid to eat, I will say no. Please eat at your own discretion
#1 Sushi Restaurant in Okinawa! We have a huge selection of traditional Japanese ngiri sushi as well as American-style rolls. We serve only the freshest locally grown ingredients and fish caught fresh daily at Naha's Tomori Wharf. We also have a large gri

Yakiniku Ryukyu no Ushi is the place in Okinawa for Yakiniku, or grilled meat! The secret to its popularity is of course the tasty meat. Locally-produced wagyu beef has the perfect flavor, and we also serve non-brand beef selected simply for its high quali
Korean-style barbeque type of restaurant with an electronic menu on a tablet. In the centre of each table lies a barbeque stove. The appetizers come in small plates, ranging from japanese mushrooms, seaweed, kimchi and sprouts. Depending on what one orders, the main dish comes raw and one has to cook the meat on the stove to one's liking. There are also a variety of side dishes and drinks on the menu. The beef we ordered was exquisite, tender and full of uncluttered flavour! To avoid queuing, make reservation beforehand as this place can be very crowded at peak hours.

Eat at this place regularly. Tasty food with the choice of picking off the carousel or ordering direct from chef. Water and green tea complimentary. Cold, draft Orion Beer goes down good after some shopping! Can get very busy, but never seems to follow a pattern Moderate seating available - chairs at bar and a few bench tables.

We went here for dinner it was just ok to me. Everyone I talk to said it's great but for what I had and for the atmosphere I can only give this place an average at best.

Savor the finest, local Okinawan, Japanese and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner in Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort's Buffet Restaurant. Okinawans are renowned for their longevity and this restaurant is inspired by the Okinawan way of lif
We took some friends to the buffet at this Hilton Hotel Restaurant for a congratulation lunch. Although I was expecting less than the hype I had heard on-line, I was still disappointed. We arrived early to reserve seats but really did not need to. The first thing that struck me as we entered the foyer of the restaurant itself was the strange, unpleasant odor. Thankfully, it was not present in the dining area itself. The second thing I noticed, and brought to the attention of the staff, was the food scattered on the seat cushions and the floor under the table. The hostess dutifully cleaned what she could, but I have to say that when the staff clean up a table after patrons leave, they should, at least, pick up the rice, vegetables, and bones from the floor. Now the real bone I have to pick: for a weekend lunch buffet at ta four-star hotel to have no beef dish is surprising. The full menu for the buffet was slim on substance. There were a lot of what I consider padding, side dishes masquerading as main courses. The majority of dishes featured tofu, pork, or fish. The taste of individual items was bland and unremarkable. The spicy chicken wings were anything but spicy. They were coated with a thick glaze of some sweet, citrus based gunk. The seared bonito (I think it was bonito) salad was tasteless. The Indian fish curry was acceptable. The Thai soup was okay. The deserts were so-so. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting in the carafe for a while.Overall, the buffet was way too expensive for the quality. It was something I would expect at a two or three-star hotel. I would recommend the hotel cut down on the number of fluff dishes and raise the individual quality.

One of those slightly hidden local restaurants that is worth finding. Delicious food. There are staples on the menu and then an ever changing array of new dishes to true. The staff are really friendly and sleek Japanese and English fluently. Most main meals are 900-1200 yen (less than US$15). Opening hours are limited - close at 7.30 pm Mon-Thur and 9 pm Fri-Sun.

Really nice and cozy izikaya. English menu available and also English pretty well spoken. If you only want ramen they have a small separated room dedicated to ramen consumers. Tatami and tables are available. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. Close to the American Village but not a touristic spot.I enjoyed my dinner a lot!Don't forget to park ONLY at the AEON parking cause other parking lots aren't for Kinpaginpa customers!!
