We sat in for dinner and the sit-in area was painfully cold and they were blasting loud cheesy Christmas jingle music at us in early/mid November. Food was very good indeed but waiting staff didn't seem to know how to serve or what we ordered wrong which was aggravating. We have been to the Water Margin up the road many times and found the Sun Do almost as expensive for a much worse experience. They really should shut the sit-in section down if they can't do it right. we will just stick to the water margin where it isn't like an icebox, music is unobtrusive, and staff can get orders correct- and all for around the same money. Add a pound to each meal and go somewhere decent.

Have used Fab Kebab for years but the owner seems to think he is above reproach, after having received my delivered order it was very disappointing. Mistakes happen, so I rang Fab Kebab and explained my situation, the owner was not pleased but said he would replace it. I waited for another hour but nothing came so I rang again and the owner said that he was not for sending a replacement. The ignorance of this individual is one thing but to be lied to is unacceptable. So I recommend that you check your delivery before you pay. This may slow up the delivery staff who are very nice sorry for them as it's not their fault.

We eat in here several times every year and are never disappointed with the the food quality and quantity. This restaurant has been established for many years now and the number of local people who eat in here speaks volumes for it. All food is cooked from fresh so to amend your order to your specific taste is never going to be an issue. The waiting staff are always happy to ensure you get exactly what you want. I always look forward to when we visit, and my expectations are always exceeded. It really is worth a visit, you wonât be disappointed.

Lunchtime meal for 5 at Yoko Asian Fusion Restaurant today 7th September. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of room between tables. The decor is simple modern and tasteful. Duty Manager Chris showed us to our table and waited on us throughout the meal. He was very friendly and helpful explaining and describing certain meals on the menu that we were curious about. We all chose chicken in various styles. I personally had Crispy Orange, Pineapple and Honey Chicken with a side of Egg fried rice with bacon. The meal was well presented and the portion size was very generous ( in fact too much for me I brought home a doggy bag). The quality of the food was excellent the flavours very good not greasy in fact the whole meal was light and crispy, the rice was dry and very tasty. Desserts only two of us opted to have something but Chris suggested maybe bring extra spoons just in case, again generous portions and fresh clean flavours my sister Evanna has Raspberry sorbet and mixed berry compote it was delicious and yes the extra spoons came in very handy. Chris checked with us throughout to make sure all was well as the meal progressed but not in an intrusive way his people skills were very good, as were the two young ladies dealing with our drinks order and our payment. Speaking of payment Iâd say the prices are reasonable considering the high standard of the meals served. The overall experience was very good and we will certainly return.

My first review after too long an absence from TripAdvisor and delighted to be reviewing this gem of a restaurant. Arrived early evening to a professional and polished welcome. Service continued to be attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Stylish, spacious and clean interior well furnished and decor to a high standard. The food was superb. Good size portions and an array of flavours dancing on the palate. Everything cooked to perfection. Undoubtedly one of the best curry experiences on our travels and we resolved not to leave so long an interval before our next visit.Dear GuestWe at Indus Valley highly appreciate your beautiful comment and this means a lot for us .Once again thank you.Kind Regards Syed

I have now been to the Water Margin a couple of times, with my sister, who lives in Coleraine and with a friend when we're up hiking on the North coast. We called in yesterday after a hike from Dunseverick to Giant's Causeway in scorching heat and the air conditioning was a welcome relief. When we arrived it was just after opening time and we were greeted and seated immediately. We were offered drinks and shortly afterward food orders were taken. The food was very good and arrived quickly, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Rhonda, our main waitress, remembered us from a previous visit and, same as the that time, was able to organise an extra spicy dish for me. I'm not in Coleraine often but when I am I like to pay the Water Margin a visit, friendly staff great food, and views out over the River Bann from most of the tables. Good prices too. As Arnie would say 'I'll be back'.

Last minute decision to try and wish we picked somewhere else. After being seated we were left alone for nearly 20 mins so had to find someone to take our order. Food arrived in another 20 mins which was average. Pretty pricey for all we got, fish and chips at £16. Lasagne, hard chips £14. Watery jug cordial £2.10 . Jawbuk gin and tonic £8.05 ...... all a bit too dear I'm afraid its a reminder to book the tides in time next time ...we won't be backHi Stephen,Thank you for your review and for taking the time to list the contents of your receipt. Having read your recent review on Morelli's Ice Cream, it seems that you are very price aware. We offer special deals at lunch time and an Early Bird offer in the evenings between 5pm and 6.30pm where you can have 3 courses for the price of the main course. If you decide to return, these might be good options for you.I see no point in name dropping other local restaurants, but for your information, I have checked, and our prices are very similar.Best wishes,Peter
