Come by your local Noodles & Company at 34 E Allen Street, , Castle Rock where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
We have been here before and wanted something quick. Staff were pleasant. We decided on Japanese Pan Noodles with chicken and one with steak. The noodles have black sesame seeds with soy sauce, broccoli, carrots and cilantro. Service was quick and they brought our food to the table. The noodles were tasty and the small bowls were a perfect snack for what we wanted. Parking lot available.

We dined in at the restaurant. Just looks like a 1,000 square foot box with a couple of modest wall decorations. The food was good, just not exceptional. What was exceptional were the portion sizes. Lots of food for the money. The pricing is right in line with what you would expect, but the serving size is very big.Great place to go if you are in a hurry, on a budget and really hungry!

Last night we had dinner her. It's about the 10th time so it is our favorite. I know of two other spots in Castle Rock that serve sushi but this is the best. My wife loves the saki and we both enjoy the food. Sit at the bar and watch the chef. The staff are very attentive and we lacked for nothing.

We first started coming to this restaurant about 2 years ago and Love it. My family and I go to this restaurant every few week's and always get the Pad Thai rice noodle. This restaurant serves authentic Chinese food that tastes fresh and is served in a very clean environment. The owners of this place are very friendly and always treat you well. We will be returning very soon!

Enjoyed lunch at China Cafe, which included soup, an egg roll and main entree. The quality of each of our entree choices was very good, fresh and hot -- just great for a hot summer day when you don't want to cook at home. We had Happy Family and Sesame Chicken -- nice veggies and presentation on the plate. There were also white rice, brown rice and fried rice. The fried rice was good but not great. Lunch was $8.25 each. Overall, we enjoyed the lunch very much and would go again.

It happened that we visited two Fuji Mt restaurants on successive evenings and the Castle Rock location was terrible in comparison. You can tell when management cares about the customer experience and whoever it is here does not care other than extracting your hard earned money. Some things that we could contrast directly were: Service was slowFried Rice was not made freshAll the food was over saltedThey don't allow you to split a mean with a childThey don't honor their posted happy hour pricesThe Hibachi chef was a novice and failed at most of the tricks he tried.I asked if it was happy hour and the person who seated us and took our order said yes. Then when the check showed full price for drinks I inquired and he said "What do you want me to do about it?"I said "fix it, please", which he did.If you want a good Hibachi experience avoid this place and try the one in Monument.

Decided to stop for a quick bite for lunch with family. First (and last) visit to the restaurant. Normally love Vietnamese food, but this was a serious disappointment. Waiter first served several tables which arrived well after we did; was curt, disinterested and generally rude. He seemed put out by request for silverware. Took very long time to receive meals. Waiter never checked back to see how everything was or if we needed something more; didn't refill water glasses either. Ordered a pork-noodle bowl; pork was dry & tough; rest of dish bland. Restroom was filthy! Sink handle broken & difficult to operate. TV was on with volume up & not a soul watching; unnecessary background noise. Not worth the time or money.

I didnt expect to get such fresh and delicious rolls in Castle Rock. Taste and price was surprising good. I had tried many rolls in Cali, but Sawara's rolls were even better than all of the places I have been to. Thats right. I was amazed. My favorite was " Hello Venus" and "Butterfly". I love other rolls as they are all different but you must try these two. Price is half of what I paid at higher end restaurants. Their House Special rolls are only $$6.99 which is amazing!!!Udon comes with Tempura shrimp and was really yummy. Also my friend ordered Chirashi Bowl so I tried little bit and it was really good too. You wont be disappointed. My brother who never liked sushi had all cooked rolls n he is in love. This is casual Chipole style of Japanese restaurant. So no servers but they bring the food to ur table though ..and they have wines, beers, n sake. They have so many rolls so make sure to ask the friendly Chef for a recommendation for u. You wont be disappointed!

Of the few Asian restaurant in Castle Rock, this one is good and close to authenticate to tradition style. Very clean with a good selection of northern and Western China cuisine. On the menu is a wide selection of shrimp dishes. Service is quick and good. A return candidate place.
