Went to Lime & Lemon for lunch with colleagues during a work mission. Pleasantly surprised by the food and impressed by service. Teh professional and friendly. Place was recovering from a big party the night before and staff was very efficient cleaning and tidying the two floors. Nice rooftop terrace. Will go back and check it out at night.

Butwal is on the route from Kathmandu to Bardia and the western Terai, so travellers may stop here. We think we found the only clean, modern restaurant in the town.

The place offers best quality momos which are cooked and served at a quick time. It is very spicy though.

Revisited this restaurant in Butwal last December 2012 and I was surprised. They had a major renovation of the building glass facade and even interiors were refurbished. More importantly the menu was upgraded! Especially loved the Indian version of the thakali set and their spicy duck. The experience this time was way better!

I was looking forward to my lunch visit due to the glowing reviews on TA, and I wasn't disappointed one bit. The chicken biryani was the best I've had, so flavorful, hot and delicious! Service was good and prices were reasonable. I was so happy with my visit that I came back the following day with my friends.
