Recently this place came under new management and it's made a huge difference. The inside has been updated and cleaned up. Beforehand, there is no way I was eating there. I always got food to go. They've added televisions, new seating and carpet. Smells new and clean. The food has drastically improved. We ordered for New Year's Day and I was delighted. It was fresh, large portion even for lunch and the best it's ever been. I ate chicken and broccoli and my lunch portion with egg roll and soup was just too much food but my family devourved everything. The egg drop soup was light and delicous. The egg roll was fresh and actually very tasty. They no longer charge for wonton tons with to go orders which made me smile. Same staff. I even like the new to go packaging. The combo fried rice was fresh, shrimp was plump and juicy. Not sure why the chicken is so much better but definitely a winner. Even the rice is better! I need Chinese food in my diet and I'm elated this place has come through in the new year for me. I will definitely be back and this time I may even eat inside.

We ate at this restaurant as a matter of convienence and wished that we had gone somewhere else. The restaurant is old and tired and could use a sprucing up. While we did arrive a little late (7pm) for dinner the buffet looked really sad. The menus sticking together was not a good sign either. I had the buffet after the waiter promised that they were putting out fresh cooked items and he ordered off the menu. The hot and sour soup was more sour than anything and everything else was flavorless. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

The Pho Deli's location is awful, but it's Pho Chicken Noodle and Pho Vegetable Noodle Soup is fantastic! This is delicious, healthy and original Vietnamese cuisine. Our bill for two entrees of Pho soup was less than $20, well worth every penny. Recommend laying your hands on their take out menu & calling ahead. This wonderful little spot uses only fresh ingredients daily, when they are out of veggies for the day, they are out & close the doors. Fresh, healthy, reasonable priced. Call (830) 981-8898 for take out orders. Select between eight different appetizers, five Vietnamese sandwiches, seven Vermicelli bowls, nine Pho soups and seven rice plates. The take out menu is on top of the pile for healthy options.

We just stumbled onto this Thai restaurant, and were quite surprised. The menu has Thai dishes, but also sushi and some chinese dishes (fried rice at a thai place?). I had the Chicken Satay appetizer and Spring Roll appetizer. The chicken skewers were cooked to perfection. They were served with a peanut sauce that was more coconut milk flavor than hot, which is not what I expected, but very good nonetheless. The Spring Rolls were actually fried egg rolls, much to my surprise. I was expecting cold veggies wrapped in rice paper. My husband had the Pad Thai (peanut) with chicken and noodles. Once again, not what we expected. The only veggies were green onion and bean sprouts, and the sauce was citrus (lime) rather than peanut sauce. The peanuts were chopped and on the side of the dish. The taste was fine, just not what we anticipated. The hot and sour soup comes with the meal, but it was neither hot nor sour. It had a good flavor, just not what we expected. All that being said, we enjoyed the meal and recommend the restaurant.
