We saw the Newsday review on 10/10/19 and decided to try Fuku the next day. I was not sure Bethpage was going to have the Finest Sushi experience on Long Island, but Surprisingly, we were flawed by the quality of the fish and freshness. The creativity of offerings on the menu ranged from traditional to super exquisite rolls. The owner/ chef Eric was incredible accommodating and once I asked for sashimi, he brought out wonderful selections, complimented the spicy selections with a sweet taste and the sweeter items with a savory sauce. The selection and quality is wonderful! We will be back often and hope to try something from the cooked menu as well!!

Friends suggested that we try this restaurant .Everything was a la carte and quite expensive for a restaurant of this kind. The food was okay .Service was average.

We have enjoyed late lunch buffets here several times in the last month . They have a great variety of vegetarian dishes along with Tandoori chicken , chicken Tikaa and a goat dish , usually curry . The naan bread brought to each table is among the best we have had . A great value for $10.95, $11.95 on weekends . Service is also very good

Best place....only place in Hicksville to get SUSHI!!!!Can always get a Groupon deal too. Clean, fresh and delicious. Excellent service. The only thing I can say is that if you're not in a rush, ask them to slow down bringing out dishes. I would also recommend to the owners, woulkd be to advertise more. People don't know that you exist. A well-hidden treasure!

Very good food! All three that I ordered were delicious! The place is small so be prepared to wait. When we arrived we saw people who got tired of waiting and left. It worked out well for us as we only had to wait 10mins for a table. We ordered everything right away. Pork spring roll, Soup forgot which one but I took a picture and the short rib with rice. Everything was delicious! Especially the marinate on the grilled short rib. Very reasonably priced restaurant which is always a plus!

Nice clean established Japanese restaurant. Very good sushi and sashimi. Cooked food great too. In downtown Bethpage just north of the LIRR. You can walk to it. Friendly people, good service. They have an all you can eat special. You check off available items on a sheet and they bring it to you. You can re-order too.
Where to eat Italian food in Bethpage: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Excellent value and good sushi selection at this place. Salmon sashimi is my personal favorite it's top quality compared to some other all you can eat places. They have plenty of specialty and regular rolls for roll lovers but the best value and quality here are sushi and sashimi choices. Some rolls are more fillers then actual fish but many others are outstanding, just discover your favorites and stick with them. Appetizer selections are plenty here but not of great quality so I would skip them altogether maybe except for some occasional soup and salad choices. Service is attentive, never had an issue. Overall it's a great spot to satisfy your sushi cravings without braking a bank and in a comfy casual atmosphere.

I've been here twice with my family. Both times the service and food were excellent. Brand new and clean restaurant. Fair prices and good drinks. We had the shrimp tempora and combo hibachi dinner. Scallops were delicious. We will return. We go during the week, never too busy.

a group of 4 of us stopped by on a cold night for dinner. Parking is on the street. We were lucky to find parking close by. It is a very small restaurant. It only seats around 30 people. We squeezed into our tables and enjoyed some beer. The spring rolls were quite tasty. The samosa chaat was a little too bland. The soups were great - hot and spicy. We shared the fried rice, the vegetable Manchurian and chili panner. The food was good. The panner was salty but we were able to get it replaced. Our friend had the goat achari which was pretty good. The service was just okay - the waiter was neither friendly nor prompt. But the food was good and we would try it again if we are in the area.

We've dined in and taken out. Each time the food was excellent. Dining in the atmosphere is very nice and the staff attentive.
