We visited over the Christmas holiday break and they were one of the few places open. They didn't have a lot of menu items because they hadn't gotten in their food supplies. Totally understandable. The Salmon sushi wasn't fresh but still tasty. The spicy tuna was standard. But since we were still hungry we ordered the terriyaki chicken rice burger... What a yummy treat and totally worth the $B4!

I liked the selection of vegan options and my sandwich was excellent. Atmosphere was airy and elegant. However, our service was very slow and not super friendlyThank you so much for your feedback. We have had a recent training to improve the timing of our food service and also to our customer service. We do stress the importance of both to our staff. I am happy you enjoyed sandwich and appreciated the personal touch Martha ( my mom) has put into the decor or our cafe. We hope to see you again very soon .With gratitude,Michelle

They've been open continuously since 1974
A local neighbourhood-type menu and quality and decor. With prices ($US17 per mains, $12 appetisers and $8 per glass of a very basic wine) about 25% more than Raddison and Ramada restaurants charge. With very aggressive beggars at the entrance - our taxi driver strongly suggested to give some money to all of them or âthings might happenâ. We were told that the neighbourhood is much safer during lunch. Still after some Chinese? Better stay in your hotel restaurant - cheaper and safer.
