A small basic restaurant owned by a Vietnamese family which is located in a small square with trees and shade. The menu is quite simple but everything we ordered was authentic tasting, well cooked and good quality (would recommend the nem) The young waitress who served us spoke excellent English and was cheerful and helpful (thank you... will dine there again)

They serve good and fresh sushi with friendly service. However, the restaurant only has 3 tables, so our converstation could easily be overheard. There is also no toilet, if needed you have to visit a restaurant nearby. Felt a little awkward.

The hotel staff where we stayed suggested to us to go to this restaurant, saying it is better than all the traditional restaurants in town. Ant it was the french woman saying that it is the best!The food was just too good :) Maybe expensive for this city, but definitely worth it!We had 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 desert and 4 glasses of wine, and we payed just over 60â¬.I would recommend eating there if you visit Trets.

Arrivés vers 21h, il restait une table pour 2 mais le personnel n a pas voulu nous la donner. Nous avons décidé d attendre qu une autre soit dispo. Sur la terrasse, au bord de la route...Ensuite, nous avons été gentiment installés. La salle est uniformisée. Et très bruyante. La nourriture est très grasse. Restaurant pour dépanner mais sans plus.. Les orchidées et plantes diverses sont laissées à l abandon.

Chez Chu is a vietnamese/japanese restaurant in La Bouilladisse. To find a parking space is really difficult. Apart from that, what a good surpise!! The fried starters were outstanding!! You could really taste the freshness of the gamba in the nem! I never had this experience before in a asian restaurant. The canard laqué was very good as well. The prices are a bit expensive, but are justified by the freshness of the products!! Highly recommended (if you arrive to park your car, that is)

After many days of French food we tried this small and simple restaurant. Everything was fresh, tasty and nicely prepared. There is a variety of Asian food, but with a Vietnam focus. Share a few dishes so you can try a variety of offers.

Accueil correct.La salle est un peu vieillote.Ne soyez surtout pas trop pressés.Quelques spécialités de bonne facture comme les nems Phi Long.Les sushis sont bons, produits frais. Les dragons sont vraiment excellents.Service attentionné, un bouteille de vin non validée est immédiatement changée sans contestation.Prix dans la moyenne haute.Bonne adresse sur Auriol.
