Simple unfussy small restaurant , (circa 16 covers inside) ,the weather was poor so there were no tables on the street at the front.Friendly helpful staff the restaurant had almost a street food vibe. Limited menu which I like, good quality ingredients well spiced and aromaticWe booked after reading favorable reviews on Trip Advisor and glad we did as they turned away customers during the hour our so we were there.It took us a little while to find the restaurant as the signage outside has "Au Gout de Monde" as the dominant wording on the hanging board , with Chez Tung in a much smaller font.

We stumbled across this small restaurant in the St-Leu district and were pleased that we did. Our grasp of French is rubbish, especially when discussing Japanese meal choices, but the staff were very patient.Their menu was a little confusing as they offer lunchtime deals, buffet options as well as the standard 'a la carte' (I'm still convinced they charge you a penalty for any food you take from the buffet but do NOT eat).The recommendations were good and food was served quickly.I would definitely recommend.
