Once again we tried Lenaâs Cafe for a birthday celebratory dinner tonight. I went in with an open mind seeing the last two times I had eaten there, I was pretty disappointed. The first time I went there two years ago, I ordered chicken Parmesan. Honestly it tasted like veal and I even questioned my server and she assured me that it was in fact the chicken. The last time I went there, I tried a grilled chicken salad just for something different. It was ok; nothing special and left pretty hungry. Tonight I thought Iâd give the chicken Parmesan another try seeing itâs one on my favorite dishes. Once again I wasnât sure what neat I was eating and the side of pasta was just ok. Three other family members ordered the traditional spaghetti and meatballs which Lenaâs is known for and they couldnât have been more pleased with their meals. Our last family member ordered breaded veal with a side of rigatoni tonight. The veal was so tough, she had ask for a steak knife as it resembled shoe leather as she tried to eat it. She was embarrassed to send it back and she left hungry as well tonight. If you take anything from this review, my advice is go to Olive Garden or just stick to pasta there.

We were here celebrating a grandsons birthday. The restaurant was full. Good thing we had reservations. We were taken right in. They even put an ice cream cake in the freezer for us for dessert. The food was delicious, very large portions. The fried rice was tasty, and you almost wanted to eat it instead of the main dish. There is even a vegetarian option. The show is a typical hibachi restaurant show. But the food made up for it. It was quite warm near the grill and the birthday boy had a difficult time with the heat and had to go outside.

I came here for the lunch buffet. It was pretty good. Not the greatest I've ever had but not bad either. One of the chicken dishes I tried (can't remember which one) was very dry like it was over cooked. But the peppered steak was awesome. Very tender and flavorful. I'm a big lover of egg drop soup and theirs was awesome as well. I would like to go back and try the dinner.
