I used to look forward to coming to Akita to eat these noodles. What happened? I ordered the tempura udon hot. The tempura was okay except the fish (which was fishy). The udon was good but the soup was smoky and not as good as it used to be. It was really disappointing.

After izakaya, I went to there to have ramen. The restaurant isn't so clean. Also ramen I ordered, regular size soyu sauce ramen wasn't good. They oopen 24 bhours a day, but I won't go there again.

JR秋田駅構内の蕎麦屋さん。着席できます。白髪ねぎならぬ白神ネギの蕎麦があり悩みましたが、オーソドックスに「かけ」＋「温玉」をいただきました。やっぱり駅には蕎麦屋さんがないとしっくりきませんね！

Really good and really spicy ramen. I really liked it! And the price was really good too. It's just across the street from Akita station.

県立図書館や県立体育館といった公共建築が立ち並ぶ山王大通りから少し入った所にあります。駐車場が４台分しかないのが玉にキズ、ピーク時は駐車スペース確保に苦労するかも。ブレンド醤油６８０円の大盛１００円３００ｇを券売機で購入。息子と母親らしき二人三脚で対応。麺カタメをコールしましたが、マジでボソボソした仕上がりとなるので要注意。混雑時は数杯まとめて調理する模様。大盛は丼も大きめ。濃厚とあっさりの中間のブレンド醤油ですが、意外とコッテリ。中太縮れ麺にチャーシュー、ネギ、メンマ、海苔と三位一体見事に調和。卓上の魚粉を入れると魚介系出汁が引き立ちます。つけ麺は５０円アップ。つけ汁にしたいラーメン券の食券と右下のつけ麺の食券を併せて買うことになります。
