This charming small and casual restaurant on the outskirts of San Isidro offers great simple food at very reasonable prices. The hamburger was with a large home made beef patty, the chicken supreme was a very large breaded chicken breast cooked perfectly and the generous portion of French fries was plenty for two people. A pitcher of home made lemonade was perfect for a hot Fall afternoon. The service was above average by the usual slow Argentine standards. highly recommended to avoid the usual tourist spots in San Isidro. It is just a short walk from the central plaza and Cathedral heading towards the river. There are an outdoor patio, a courtyard, and indoor dining spaces.

Breakfast, brunch, lunch or tea time ( coffee time, natural smoothies time) or early dinner. Plenty of colorful salads, large tasty sandwiches. Chicken, salmon, ham cheese, any type, any shape LOVE THIS PLACE. Prices are almost as good as their natural juices and scons. They also have a small market with gourmet products. This is definitely one of my favorite spots

This place is frequented by locals at large. The setting is very simple, plastic chairs, large tables that might be shared in a noisy reformed house. The service is extremely informal bordering on rude; one of the owners usually takes your order and will choose for you if you are too slow deciding! This violent intimacy is actually part of their sales pitch! The Price is reasonable and dishes have a home-made feeling about them.

They have a menu working even on weekends where you can select tipical italian dishes including a bottle of wine per couple. The dishes are well presented and tasty. The personnel is very king, really a nice place to go. The best of the Parolaccia's in Buenos Aires from my point of view!

Great restaurant, stylish and with great service. Menu interesting with a variety of interesting dishes, wine list extensive. Two of our party had seafood risotto which was apparently very good. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki dish, which although well cooked was flavourless, another in the party had a Ojo de Bife which was excellent.Prices are high but the experience is worthwhile.

Food you can eat at home, assuming you have very good cooks! Whether it is a salad, a steak or fajitas, everything has very good size and plentiful. The service is very accommodating to what you are looking for, so go ahead and ask them what they recommend for that dinner.

This is a second restaurant to the classier fine dining site La Rosa Negra a few blocks away. The menu here is simple fare: salads, burgers, pizzas, pastas and a few meat dishes. Nice desserts and shakes. Service could have been a little faster (maybe they were not expecting so many customers on a Monday night).

I've been living 10 blocks from this place for the last four years and only just discovered one of the most charming family-owned restaurants in north Buenos Aires. Service with courtesy and a big smile, imaginative and beautifully prepared permutations on Argentine standards, with a distinctly Italian flavour, and the flan naranja - that's crème caramel à l'orange to you and me- and espresso were a sublime finish. Good selection of local wines, and as they say over here 'muy buena onda' all round!

I used to love this place when I first got to Argentina in 2012. However, now it's VERY pricey and the lunch options have gone down tremendously! You can get better and more varied food for the same price (or lower) elsewhere. The atmosphere is great, however, and the staff is always very friendly. If you don't mind the price, I definitely recommend it.
