My Fiance and I ate here after a three week working trip to Puebla and La Estancia never disappoints. Beyond the incredible meats which are out of the world, the service here is fantastic. Our main server, Luis, who speaks perfect English was overly helpful as was his right hand man Jose. The service doesn't stop at the table, the best bathroom attendant I have ever met works here, Mr. Apolina, who runs around the bathroom making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal and party. A must go to Everytime we are in Puebla, La Estancia never disappoints.

"La ChoripanerÃa" is a true Uruguayan concept of "choripanes" and "empanadas". Beer, wine, fernet, alfajores and some other Uruguayan delights in Puebla City. Very relaxed atmosphere, chill service. Get ready to try the first and best "Chori-Picaña" of yo
Excellent service. English speaking stuff. The most gorgeous sandwich I have ever tried - perfect meat.
