Find out what Argentinean restaurants to try in Province of Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈbwenos ˈaiɾes], Provincia de Buenos Aires; English: "good airs") is the largest and most populous Argentinian province. It takes the name from the city of Buenos Aires, which used to be part of the province and the provincial capital until it was federalized in 1880. Since then, in spite of bearing the same name, the province does not include the national capital city proper, though it does include all other localities of the Greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area surrounding it. The current capital of the province is the city of La Plata, founded in 1882.

Little lovely restaurant with a highly personalized service provided by the owner, an architect of italian ancestry who loves to cook old familiar recipes and takes care of every detail. The outcoming is excellent: the best italian pasta I've ever tried. Please, attend to the owner's advice on meal, because he will guide you about the best options available for you that day. Little tip: don´t miss the tiramisù! > Thank you; Ernesto!

Worth the 20 minute train ride from Palermo, the menu reminded me a bit of the American Cheesecake chain with incredible pictures. Our waiter spoke no English, but was very helpful once we used our Google Translator App. The food and drinks are SO good! I thought Iâd ordered onion rings by mistake my Calamari was so fat, and so filling I didnât have room for everything else I was eying in the menu. (I prefer the batter used in Greek restaurants to here personally).

On a beautiful corner of Cabrera street in the heart of Palermo we find Parrilla Voro Carnes, a place with mystique and charm for lovers of good wine and meats. If we go for the first time it is recommended to order one of its featured dishes such as prov

You have to see this place to believe it! In El Campo- the country- you drive forever through landscape that looks like the midwest, lots of farmland with an occasional home, and then in the middle of nowhere there are 4-5 blocks of restaurants. And it's packed-People bring their families to enjoy a day in the country, and have pork ribs roasted on an open spit, beef, chorizo, blood sausages, salads for all-you-can-eat. Santa Victoria is a beautiful and huge restaurant in a idyllic setting, there was a 30 minute wait but we ate until there was no room for another bite. Loved it!

Stop your time is the concept that accompanies Berto a restaurant kitchen author, conceived to go to enjoy, without thinking of anything else, to live the moment. The menu changes with the season, always aware of the freshness of the ingredients. The star
Visiting Lujan for the day and didn't want to go to the "touristic" restaurants so found this on TripAdvisor and turned out to be an excellent choice! Locals dine here. Food is cooked by an executive chef so it's delicious and decently priced!

Restaurant De La Cascada has a varied gastronomic offer, author dishes and regional cuisine. The restaurant presents a warm and pleasant atmosphere in a room that exhibits very good capacity and spaciousness of spaces. For the summer you can enjoy the gal
We stopped by in this city in the way to Patagonia, and we were surprised by this spot, which we absolutely recommend. We followed the recommendation of the cheff and went with "molejas crocantes", which is part of the gut of the cow rarely seen in the US, cooked well until crunchy. My wife went with a mix of raw cooked vegetables. As dessert we had a mousse with chocolate and maracuja which was really good.Thank you Timmydav for your comments and rating. We are very happy that you have been able to stop and enjoy this wonderful place and our delicious food. We are waiting for you again here on your return from Patagonia ...See you soon

Aramburu bets on the guest experience. The proprietary chef, Gonzalo Aramburu, experiments with sophisticated dishes that reflect his gastronomic philosophy, highlighting techniques of molecular gastronomy, such as: introduction of chemical elements (liqu
Wonderfully varied and thoughtful tasting menu. Very reasonably priced by the standards of equivalent European Restaurants. Definitely worth a Michelin star IMHO, perhaps two. If Iâm allowed a quibble it felt a bit rushed, and food could have been explained in more detail (but Sommelier irreproachable). Presentation delightfully (to my taste) un-pretty.

Dinner with friends, three couples. Reservation made, worked ok. Environment is very nice, modern design, lots of light. Not very spacious, hope they do not get tempted to increase number of tables in the reduced space. Service was very good and dedicated. Ordered fish with vegetables, which was very good. Dessert (tiramisu) was really good. Suggest to consider the outdoor seating whenever weather allows.

Simple decor, attentive servers, gracious host, interesting but not remarkable food courses, however the dominant memory is the overall low quality of the wines. As visitors to a place known for its wonderful wines we really expected a more refined and generally better selection paired to the various food servings. Definitely not a recommended spot for good quality wine appreciating people. I am very surprised by the high rated reviews this place got from TripAdvisor members...

The Fogon experience is excellent! The staff take you on a journey through a traditional Argentine asado and explain the cooking process, the ingredients and the history as you enjoy the meal. The wine pairing is carefully thought out - I would recommend the Premium selection! The food itself is delicious and abundant. The restaurant is set up so everyone is circled around the grill in the middle which makes it easy to speak with other guests which I believe adds to the experience. You will leave the restaurant with lots of new information and a full and very happy tummy!Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are delighted to see you enjoyed your evening with us. At Fogón Asado we aimed to create an experience that would closely resemble the asado tradition of Argentina whilst still feeling indulgent and elegant. We wanted to combine the social aspect of asados, often missed in many restaurants, and the typical cuts with a modern twist and feel. Our goal is for our guests to enjoy themselves, eat some the best meat our country has to offer and, hopefully, meet new people, for asados are always best enjoyed amongst friends and family! We always take great care in the preparation and presentation of our dishes, we love sharing our culture and introducing new people to this wonderful tradition of ours. We hope to welcome you back soon, Kind regards The Fogón Asado team.
