We had a shrimp platter and a shrimp Poboy. The Shrimp were greasy, I donât believe the oil was hot enough for frying. Sadly, I donât think weâll be back.
While visiting family in the Lafayette, LA area this past week I was looking for a place that offered a good quality wholesome smoothie. Wow it was my lucky day! I canât praise Marley Bâs other than perfection. Staff greeted me with total pride and knowledge of their product, so pleasing! They offer top notch fresh juices, smoothies, superfood smoothies, shots, food, and cleanses. While offering a nice indoor seating area you can enjoy the sun and use the outdoors seating. Also for your convenience drive through is available. Iâm hooked and will treat myself when in the area. Least I forget, their products are made with fresh food and not processed powders.
I love this subway, the staff, and the quality of the food. It is affordable and offers a healthy option. The manager and the owner are personable. It is nice to see the owner, Mike, helping his staff. Shows he takes pride in his business and in good customer service.
Brunch after church today at Bourrée in Youngsville. French Toast flight. Left to right: bananaâs Foster sauce, regular French toast waiting for application of butter and maple syrup and lastly topped with blueberry compote. Delicious and worth the wait. Kathy had chicken and waffles, said it was great. I would give the review five stars but we waited nearly an hour for our food. Last Sunday our wait time for a table was quoted as one hour, we left. I think once they iron out some "back of house" issues they will be a five star rating. I WILL return!

Enjoyed our dinner here. We got the Seafood Platter and Catfish Platter with grilled instead of fried items. The Shrimp BLT was a little disappointing because there was not much avocado. Our waitress was nice but they seemed short handed on wait staff.

Best fried catfish Iâve ever had... hands down. Fried shrimp is great too. Steak is decent too. Great place to come if you want local Cajun seafood. Food also normally comes out very quickly.

This is an old place that been around for years, not a fast food restaurant so sit back have a cold beer and wait for your burger, sandwiches only at this place cooked in front of you, this is one of the best burgers you will ever put in your mouth.

We first came here years ago on a food tour and loved it. We had to stop in again while we were back in the area. We stocked up on some of their regional cooking ingredients and spices that are hard to find back home. The employees were all very kind and helpful. We had nice chats with two of them. They got us some sturdy boxes to assure our treasures would travel home without breakage. The wine and spirits selection is quite large and impressive for a store of this size. Next time Iâm in town Iâll be back. Until then Iâll have them ship what I need.

I really felt like I got a taste of Louisiana cuisine and hospitality. Cynthia Z. was our server. She was a great example of Southern manners and we enjoyed her.Thank you so much for your review! We love having Cynthia and we are so glad she works for us! We hope to see you soon!
