Eight of us came here for breakfast, and they didn't have a table large enough to accommodate us but we sat in two booths near each other. The menu had all of the brunch items that we enjoy- omelets, pancakes, French toast, etc. they had several different kinds of French toast and we got the Texas style, which was thick bread and it was very good. We even ordered more since everyone wanted some. My eggs were overdone, but the potatoes were good. The service was good, although we arrived on the late side, so it was pretty empty. Good place for breakfast.

Italian Restaurant. BYOB. Serving Veal - Chicken - Seafood - Pasta - Steaks - Pizza - Paninis. Online ordering available on our website for take out and delivery.
We have eaten in this restaurant several times but have recently discovered that they deliver. The food is always good, and they always get the order right, even when we modify the menu. We enjoy the pasta with chicken and broccoli and chicken Parmesan. The food arrives on schedule and is packaged well. We highly recommend for delivery or for dining at the restaurant for dinner or brunch. Thanks so much for the great review. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your experience with us and hope to see you again soon.

Had Saturday night dinner here with our daughter, son-in-law, and their two pre-school aged daughters. A wonderful time! Finding parking on a Saturday night was a little sporty, but after that all went smoothly. First off, we got a table for six IMMEDIATELY. I was stunned, and grateful. Menus, water, and appetizer arrived quickly. Separate kiddies menu included the usual offerings, with one ordering grilled cheese and the other getting Mac and cheese. Both of them were quite happy. It was restaurant week in Yardley, so I ordered from the special fixed-price menu. Farro salad for openers was superb, followed by the house special ConTav burger - which was huge and yummy - and then chocolate mousse with berries and cream for dessert. Great meal at a great price! My wife had their chicken pot pie, which she very much enjoyed. Is this place haute cuisine? Nope. But is it a place for a good meal, some good on-tap brews, good conversation and laughs with your whole family? Absolutely!

Visited on a Monday when few restaurants are open. It was veterans day so several children. The place always has good food and friendly service. Today it was not as noisy as usual because the crowd was less than Sundays when I normally visit. Owner manager s always present and does a good job managing.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk right in and be seated at Café 72 for a Saturday lunch; our timing for once was good (and I think the local university had wrapped up its graduation). The server's greeting was warm and friendly and she did not try to rush us. I'll focus on the Ruben which I had for lunch; I've had their Rubens before but this one was exceptional....it was just very good. At first I ordered fries as the side and then remembered their house made chips; glad I remembered them...the perfect side for that sandwich and they too were very good. As mentioned earlier the server was very good; attentive but not intrusive; she ensured the drinks were filled w/o interrupting the conversation flow.

Different people have different expectations when they walk into a restaurant. Locals & those in the know realize that dining at Charcoal is a special experience, & plan accordingly. The restaurant is small & reservations are recommended for the evening dining experience. Yes - they do charge for their homemade, crunchy-crusted bread - the butter also made in house. The bread is served warm, is pillowy-soft in its core & the whipped butter quickly melts upon contact...yummm! We always reserve a window-side table so we can enjoy the bucolic view of the Delaware River. While the menu is abbreviated, it offers a sufficient variety to appeal to most diners, including non-meat eaters. On this particular evening the offerings included 5 appetizers (2 of which were salads), 4 pasta dishes, & 4 main courses (beef, chicken, duck & scallops). My husband & I started our meal with Grilled Louisiana Shrimp & Grits - 3 plump shrimp on a bed of grits flavored with subtly-smokey luchito butter & a green hereby Moroccan charmoula sauce. The shrimp were cooked to perfection & well-balanced with the butter & charmoula. Next was the pasta course - & we ordered the Rye Raddiatore with Bacon Bolognese, topped with arugula & a garnishing splash of egg yolk - heavenly. For our main course, he chose the Braised Short Rib served this time with a topping of rhubarb stalks on a bed of onion & potato puree. You could cut the beef with a sharp look. My choice was Duck Breast with Gnocchi, charred asparagus & morel mushrooms - the duck fat cooked to a lovely crisp exterior while keeping the interior duck breast moist - delicious. For a grand finale, we selected Polenta Bodino with chocolate mousse & sugar-glazed walnuts for him (his absolute favorite) & Rye Funnel Cake sitting atop a bed of Pistachio Whipped Cream & Cherries for me. By keeping the cream & cherries below the fried pastry, it didn't become soggy. The chefs at Charcoal never disappoint & keep us coming back for more of their special creations.

It may be me, but not much on the menu appeals to me. Wife and friend, relatives like it more. Service is always great. Drinks are very good. Decore is presented well. Bar always full. Frieindly atmosphere.Let me get this straight. We offer 40 items on our menu and nothing appealed to you? You gave a "3" star review because you didn't like 1 thing!! Yes, it's obviously you. On the contrary, all of the others in your group liked everything! Seriously sir why in the world didn't they write the review. Makes no sense.

The weather was lovely so we elected to eat outside. We were a party of four and we each ordered different items. The butterfish, mahi mahi, short ribs and pasta with vodka sauce were all delicious. The only disappointment was the banana cream pie for my dessert.

Wow - we sat at the bar and had a very nice meal with drinks recently. Great food as usual and our drinks were perfectly prepared. What damaged the night for us (and clearly others) was the large family there for Easter. Every adult was clearly intoxicated and beyond loud and obnoxious. No one said or did a thing about it. We were surprised and disappointed. Trust me - it was BADHello Thomas - I am sorry to hear of your recent experience here. I am a little confused about the 'Easter' reference. Please contact me at the Inn to discuss this further, as I was not aware of any situations like this that day. Thanks - Michele

Vault is a Brewery and Restaurant located in an 1800s bank complete with a vault. They offer an ever-rotating list of beers brewed in house and a seasonal menu featuring creations out of a copper-clad wood fired oven
My husband and I recently returned to this restaurant after about a year or so. We were impressed then but no longer. The menu is less interesting, more pizza than sandwiches. The house salad that came with my waffle grilled cheese sandwich was very wilted and the dressing had been sitting out. The waffle grilled cheese sandwich was very disappointing, fairly tasteless, soggy waffles. No reason to ret, frankly.
