The Pit Rib House has mastered the art of barbecue using the finest cuts of meat and then slow cooking them over an open wood pit. The result is a delicious, authentic wood-smoked flavor that guests have come to love. Our world famous ribs are fall-off-th
Stopped at The Pit Rib House for supper on a Saturday night. We were seated immediately-there were only 3 of us. The service was wonderful and the food was yummy! I had never been there before but my husband had with business clients. Our young son had a kids meal-chicken tender-and he loved them and for a kids meal-there were a lot of tender. The meal came with fries. He also loved their pink lemonade. My husband had the BBQ beef platter and I had the BBPork platter. It comes with two sides which you can choose from fries, coleslaw, baked potato, corn on the cob, or pasta salad. The coleslaw was creamy and delicious. There was a LOT of meat on the platter. I asked for the BBQ sauce on the side-otherwise they pour it all over the top and that's fine if you like a lot of sauce. There are antiques hanging on the walls which our 11 year old found to be interesting. We also took a sandwich to go for our son who was at work-Tex Mex Chicken sandwich. He said it was INCREDIBLE-so delicious. We will definitely visit again.

Home to America's favorite Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake.
We stopped in around 5pm on a Friday night. The restaurant was crowded but there was not a line and it didn't take long to get our food. The food was delicious. We had the chopped salad, and an Italian Beef sandwich.

After four years of planning and construction, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with
I chose this Oak Lawn location, it's a bit more organized than Orland Park location. For lunch try their "over the boarder egg rolls "DELICIOUS"! For dinner I get the "crusted pork chop". Another "EXCELLENT" choice! Make sure you ask for "Karen" tell her Mz. LiWanda sent you. The GURL is BADD!! She represents CUSTOMER SERVICE in EVERY PROSPECTIVE!

I love going to Palos diner. The food is really good, the staff is very friendly, and even when they are busy the service is fast. Iâve never had anything there I donât like, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Reasonable prices and good portions. I eat here weekly, and whenever someone suggests going out to breakfast, I always suggest Palos diner.
Stopped in for breakfast, very good service, I ordered the Crepe Suzette, it was delicious, 3 Huge Crepes, with fresh strawberries and sour cream topped with powdered sugar. Yes I had a doggie bag. My hubby ordered the ham and cheese omelet, he enjoyed it, it too was very big and some went home in the doggie bag, and in our case we really have a dog weâre bringing it all too..

It's been a place where I can be sure of receiving great service and be offered great food. This last visit did not deviate from that. I find that their way of taking care of customers is, for their type of restaurant, about the best you can find. I say that, having spent time and money at other breakfast/lunch places in the south suburbs over the years. Lumes always gives you a great value for the money.

Today we were out in Minooka going to stop for fast food. We decided that we could wait till we got closer to home so we could have Peppos and their guts... Guts make the sandwich! We miss you in Tinley but so happy your close enough to still eat at your place every other weekend. Even my picky cousin loves your sandwiches. We made a deal if she liked it and could eat the 7 inch, the next trip she could have the 11. She won the bet. I am happy she did. Thanks for serving with a smile and great sandwiches/salad.

We came her and ordered carry out of their half slab Monday & Tuesday special. The robs had a good smoke flavor with a very tasty BBQ sauce. The meal also came with a healthy portion of fries and a choice of beans or coleslaw. Very good value for the amount of food and well worth return visits.

This is my 3rd time here. The egg white omelette for breakfast was quite good. The 2 times I have had dinner here it was clearly not ready for prime time.First, the host was inattentive although the restaurant was nearly empty.Second, he gave me a menu which was stained.Third for the second time, the best part of my meal was the soup. The first time I had salmon which was good, not great and scant. The waiter brought no bread. The next time I asked for bread and had pot roast- I make a better one- it was a hunk of meat sitting on flavorless mashed potatoes. It was dry and tasteless. The root veggies were just ok.BTW canât understand how anyone would think this converted diner has fine ambience- still looks and feels like a diner!!!

It was a beautiful cool night and we opted to dine outside. What a great set up, we say right by the open wood burning fire pit.The service was exceptional as were our Steaks.Looking forward to a return visit before the cold weather sets in.
