Recommended by the staff at the Mountain Brook Lodge across the street, this pub may become one of my "go to" spots in the Adirondacks. Food was simple pub fare done exceptionally well! Beer selection was fantastic. Staff was friendly and attentive. What's not to like??

I was looking forward to the Root Beer Float before we left home to head up this way. I wish they used hard ice cream, but the soft ice cream is ok. Very refreshing on a hot day. Chili fries for sharing are great too. We ran out of time staying up here, so unfortunately we only ate here once on this trip. The wait staff does a good job bringing out the food quickly. Itâs nice to sit outside and watch the traffic go by.

We were in the Adirondacks for a few days and ate at this restaurant two times. The pizza was amazing. Great service for our group of 10 people. They were fast and accommodating to us! If we lived closer, we would be regulars!

I was alone so i got seated in an empty section and was promptly forgotten about by the waitress. The water girl however did a decent job of checking to make sure i kept hydrated and eventually went and found my waitress for me when i prompted her to. The salad bar was plentiful in choices and everything was fresh and tasty. Theres no way anyone should leave hungry. I ordered the Reef and Beef. The steak was petite and tough. The fried shrimp were good but they only served tartar sauce and no cocktail sauce with them. The prices wernt bad. all in all, Id go back.

We have eaten at this restaurant well over 30 times over the past several years. The food is absolutely delicious. Our waitresses in the past have always been super friendly and always very welcoming. The only reason I am giving it a four this time is because my order came out wrong and was sent back which they made good on, however, I got hit with add on charges that I was not made aware of by our waitress who may have been having not the best of days. My wife, who had a delicious meal, was never asked once how her meal was. The initial order took about 35 minutes to come out and when my meal was wrong and was sent back it was almost another 25 minutes to get it. Even though I was not charged for my breakfast, that was not the point. I was more than willing to pay for the delicious breakfast, however my only point is if there are add-on charges, they should let the customer know. When I brought that up, the waitress never pointed the additional charges out on the menu. I have had that omelette many many times and have never been charged additional charges for it. Again the meal was delicious, the chef is fantastic, and I am sure we will give this restaurant another opportunity for a five star rating.

I was not sure how to characterize this business with the choices given; the Little Super Market isnât a restaurant, itâs a grocery store with a GREAT deli. Wilmington is a fairly rural place with only a handful of eateries so I think this is an important
I'm talking about their great, fresh sandwiches and daily specials. You can eat at tables outside and people are very friendly.

Breakfast and lunch and a bakery
We got here by accident as we were trying to get some place nearby for 10 and realized that we wouldn't have time to make it to a breakfast place in Lake Placid and still back in time. This was a great option anyway, as it is a homey diner with good breakfasts and friendly service.

It's been five years since we were here and it was just as good as the first time. If the weather would cooperate we'd eat outdoors on the river but we've been inside and it has a great pub atmosphere. Love the casual food, craft beers, and great service.

I grew up near this place, but had never made it for a meal until friends suggested it just this year. We were seated by the broad window wall, with fabulous views of the Ausable River and Whiteface Mountain. Downstairs, the pub area also has nice views, with a slightly less ambitious menu. The food matched the view. My mushroom and brie bisque was earthy and rich, with clear mushroom and and cheese flavors in a creamy base. My wife's french onion ale soup was similarly rich and flavorful, with a savory broth base and a solid covering of crouton and cheese. My entree of filet mignon with shrimp and gorgonzola was tender and tasty, as the gorgonzola cut the fat of the steak and the shrimp complemented the light blue cheese. My wife's grass-fed Angus beef burger arrived medium-rare as ordered, and was juicy and flavorful. We recommend the place, and will return.
