I must remember not to do the early shift in the evening. Just too many kids - HOWEVER they were all very well behaved but just a little too noisy for a miserable old s** like me. Staff great and food excellent. Drinks came out of a bottle ! Everything to my liking. Reading a menu in the conservatory part is very difficult so I used my phone light. Six of us visited on August 24th to grab a few cocktails prior to eating at the restaurant next door. We originally intended to visit either of the other two bars next door, but both of them were rammed and noisy with crowds spilling out into the street. I'm so glad we went to Grand Ave instead. We had a lovely airy table next to the opened bi fold doors. Our wide range of cocktails were very well made and everyone in our party enjoyed them. The service was outstanding, despite me ordering an 'Old-fashioned' (known to take a while to mix!).A great atmosphere and friendly staff, I can definitely recommend this venue. Whilst we didn't eat there, the food served to other patrons looked very tasty, appetising and nicely presented.

This is a great independent bar/cafe. They have a good comprehensive hot/soft drinks menu. Board games and chess available. It is a great addition to West Kirbyâs history street. Also, Prices are reasonable and the decoration of the place is so fun and inviting. We will be coming back again soon!
