If you need someone to make a cake for you or need some cookies I can tell you this place makes some of the best. I don't know if there is much for you here if you just want to stop in, but it's a great bakery.

Palanza's has the best pizza and fried chicken around, but their chicken and shrimp alfredo is OUTSTANDING! We love all of their appetizers too, with the mac n cheese bites being the best.I can't leave without getting a salad with their home made dressings. Everything is wonderful here!

We go here every once in awhile. It's certainly a tavern, but the food is better than average. I like the quesadillas and my Wife swears by the horseshoe. It can get a little loud in there, but they do a fair business in take out and there is even a delivery service. Prices are pretty fair. If you check the local discount booklet, they always have coupons that can make things even more affordable.

Service was excellent. Good breakfast for a good price. The omelette was average, corned beef hash was great.

I would have given this restaurant an extra half star but that wasnât available. We realize itâs a holiday but we anticipated a more upbeat atmosphere. On the positive side we were seated immediately and the place was very clean. The breakfast menu is pretty basic: waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, , hash browns, âAmerican friesâ, omelettes, and biscuits and gravy as some of the headliners. The prices are reasonable and shouldnât break the bank. Our food was ok. My eggs were warm and the American fries were tasteless However, the French toast was good! I didnât even need to use syrup. A few word to servers: when you say youâre going to bring back your customers change, it shouldnât take 10 minutes and a search party to get it back! Jk on the search party. But seriously, we waited for awhile to get our change and eventually had to ask another sever to assist us. Iâm sure it wasnât intentional but please be considerate of other peopleâs time.

Since 1933 the Bernardi family has been serving Italian & American cuisine. Famous for Mona's northern Italian Tortellini and spaghetti people travel from all over the state for great food, and friendly service. Mike Bernardi's son and daughter have joine
We heard great things about Bernardis and decided to try them for dinner. The parking area had many cars, so that is a good sign and a good first impression. We were seated promptly. Very basic italian menu, so easy to find something to eat. Nice bar menu with a good selections drinks as well as draft beer. (bud light, sam adams octoberfest, blue moon, an IPA & domaine dupage by two brothers)Took a little while to get waited on, served dried out bread with some butter. Luckily there was some olive oil and parmesan cheese on the table to make it palatable. My suggestion would be to serve no bread at all rather than put the dried out bread that we had on the table. Our waitress was a very nice lady, great personality and friendly. Ordered a drink from the bar that never came, our water glasses spent more time empty than they did full. Food quality was average at best. Side salads were lettuce, with half a cherry tomato and the tiniest ever baby carrot. Mashed potatoes were very good. Nothing impressive for all the restaurants they have and the reputation they have. Portion sizes are generous. There were multiple bussers that seemed to be rather bored, and NONE OF OUR DISHES WERE REMOVED FROM THE TABLE. Took a very long time to get our check, so there we sit, not a single dish was removed the whole evening, water glasses empty, and we are trying to get our check. They must be doing something right, because restaurant was full and the bar was almost full by the time we received our check, paid at the counter and departed. Close to home, but will not bother coming here a second time.

Today was my Birthday. Wanted to celebrate at Your Restaurant.Arrived 1:05 to 1:10. Another couple arrived couple minutes before.Young man told us to sit any place and he took drink order. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone else even looked at us. I checked my watch. Finally yelled or ask about specials. Told it would be few minutes.Mean while the couple before us order had been taken and was in the process of being served!!AT 1:28 after sitting for 18 minutes.order taken.......AT 1:45 other couple paying and leaving with take out order..Waitress walking around with purse over shoulder. Talking about closing.AT 1:55 we got up. Told the waitress we had waited 25 minutes to be served. Told it was closing time.AT this time at least 4 tables were seated enjoying food. Please Please explain this terrible service. You really made my Birthday Special!!â¹Â Be sure to thank the thin blond ponytail waitress for walking around with her purse announcing it was time to close. For us that really made the day.AT least the Heavy waitress was working. She just did not have any back up. From the other waitresses to the bus girl running around putting silverware away. But please please do not forget the Kitchen. They did wonderful job of not making the Very hard Quesada without chicken and my extremely hard Grilled Cheese. Here is hoping You enjoy the reviews posting on Google..Yelp and Trip Advisor. Thank You Again for making my Birthday the Most RUDE Thoughtless meal I have every enjoyed. Praying on hearing from you.

The Blacksmith (not steakhouse) is open for breakfast. We tried it for the first time on a Sunday morning around 10am. Ceiling fans are on high and they are not needed at all this time of the day. We asked two different staff members if the fan could be set to a lower speed or turned off. Both of them said they would take care of it. Neither of them did! Not a good start. Service was average. Poached eggs were over cooked. Gave me about a tablespoon of gravy on the B&G. Had to eat food fast since the ceiling fan was going at high speed. Overall, not impressed and won't be going back.

Our favorite wings in the area. We head over from Peoria just for the wings. The service is hit or miss, but it's family friendly and delicious wings with a good beer selection tap. Check them out!
