Burgers, thick milkshakes, fries. Ice Cream parlor treats. 1950's nostalgia. Owner operated. Friendly neighborhood service.
We had dinner at Johnny's as we were passing through Tracy. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, my husband had the sourdough cheddar burger and our friend had the swiss mushroom burger. The chicken on my sandwich was overcooked and tough. It was edible but the edge was hard to chew. The bun and grilled onions were tasty. My husband and our friend said their burgers were ok, not great but not bad. Service was very good.

Delicious Grilled Chicken wonton tacos, we ordered more. With or without the chili sauce, they are great and Not spicy. Hilton hotel card key gets you a discount. Check your bill, they forgot mine. Good Service team work and they are open later than other places.

Loved this bistro in Tracy. Conveniently located just off the freeway it offers a fine dining experience with excellent food and great cocktails (try the Cesar Martini). The restaurant claims to be a bistro which I suppose it is because it has a contemporary menu with a variety of dishes that all have a special look and taste. But the space it occupies is large with multiple booths and a separate bar space which created a quiet, very pleasant dinning experience.

One of the challenges of a franchise restaurant chain is the variations between restaurants. Tracy Famous Daveâs is one of a half a dozen restaurants that we stop at between the San Francisco Bay Area and The Central Valley. Over the years I have noticed changes in the menu and food that I attribute to cost cutting. Menu items have disappeared or changed. Other reviews have noted changes to the cornbread, elimination of BBQ sauces, and a decrease in the quality of service. The basic menu items, like ribs and beans, are still good but the changes have made this restaurant less attractive than its competitors.

Fresh meats, fruits & veggies. Some organic foods, can do vegan, non-gluten. Very food allergy conscious. Excellent bakery
We were looking for a place for lunch, and this one looked attractive. We were not disappointed. Service was friendly, but not very prompt. This a very bustling place which is a local favorite. There were several interesting sandwiches for lunch, and ours were very tasty and thoughtfully prepared. The tomato soup was outstanding !! Several pastries were available to eat there or take home.

I have lived in Tracy for over 30 years, and I have seen the slow transformation of the downtown area. Bistro 135 was a great dining experience. The butternut squash soup was excellent. I donât eat pork, so I skipped the bacon sauce finish on top. Girlfriends had salmonâdelicious! Chef made green beans that were cooked to perfection! My shrimp appetizer that was my main course was served sizzling in a small skillet! Yummy! French press coffee for âdessertâ!

We have been going to Magellan's since it opened. The atmosphere is wonderful, quiet and elegant. The food can be spotty. We have had fabulous meals there and some that were pretty bad. The fish used to be something we loved but after getting a really bad piece and no apology we stopped going. If you order lamb or beef it's constantly very good.

Weâre not saying that we have the best family restaurant in town. We donât need to â because our patrons say it for us! Inside our diner, youâll find a bear-fully designed restaurant, along with friendly staff. And, of course, we offer a wide selection of
Still coming in for dinner (volcano and the mini volcano with french toast). Don't get me wrong they still have the best pancakes but I just eat those off my daughters plate! Finally tried my wife's favorite dish "Turkey pesto" after all these years and now I know why she gets it's. Keep forgetting to take pictures.

1st & foremost, love their complimentary bread & butter..their steaks are juicy & the mushroom sides just enhances the flavor..The place is not ideal if you want to chat coz it can be noisy..not for those with peanut allergies as well coz aside from the complimentary peanuts, peanut peelings are everywhere!.,I guess it adds to that rodeo theme they want which suits well..It can be busy too especially during weekends with line extending to the outside but once you are inside, they make sure it is worth the wait..

If you love burgers, cheese, French fries and cold soda, THIS IS THE PLACE. The cheese is bigger than the plate all melted and bomb.com. Itâs hard to eat any other burger without alllllll the cheese, defiantly a favorite!
