That may seem strange, but BBQ is subjective. Some like spicy, some dry rub, some vinegary, ... You can get them dry or with their proprietary sauce. The standouts tonight where the sauteed veggies: fresh, crisp, obviously not sitting on a steam table. The other standout was our waitress, Krista. I've worked in restaurants eons ago; she was great. She had a group of tables and everytime after she brought an order out, she looked at every table on her way back to the kitchen to see if anyone needed something. She refilled glasses, brought extra napkins without being asked. Very attentive service without hovering. Well done!

I like Stonefire Grill because of the casual atmosphere and eclectic menu. Our family tends to have mixed appetites, so it's a great place for satisfying everyone. The "seat-yourself" concept allows for Stonefire Grill to focus more on the important part of one's dining experience⦠the food!I've never been disappointed.

Brent's Deli features more than 650 items on its menu, as well as take-out, delivery anywhere in Southern California and catering for 20 or 2,000.
It is not just deli food but a large variety of choices. Great to take the whole family from kids to grandparents. Fish platters are amazing and so are their desserts

We have been here for dinner, but first time for breakfast. They open at 7 and have an early special (7-10). They can handle big groups and stay and chat; no rush.

Wanted to check this place out. We started with drinks..a black stout 7.50 and a crostail 14.00. Cocktail was okay but price was a bit high. Faughter is vegetarian and she ordered the grilled cheese with no bacon $13.00 and i had the shepards pie $15.00. It was good and lasted me all the next day so that was good. Total bill was $53.09. Service was okay. We sat in the bar area. It wasnt too noisy so that was good.

Took my mom, along with my aunt and uncle (who were all visiting) here after reading the reviews on TA. Overall it was a very enjoyable evening, and the food was really, really good. The ambiance inside needs some work, tables are too close together and it was very loud and dark inside. Our server was very friendly but not attentive and a bit on the slow casual side for my liking. The 5 of us ordered some appetizers including Ahi Sashimi, Shrimp Cocktail, and Caesar salads. Portion sizes were good and everything tasted great. I ordered the 9oz filet which was ery tender and cooked perfectly. However the server forgot my sauce topping which he brought after I asked for it.We will definitely be back and hopefully next time I'll be able to rate it 5 stars.

Mastro's collection of sophisticated, classic Steakhouses and Ocean Club seafood locations are recognized for their combination of world-class service, highly acclaimed cuisine, and live entertainment in an elegant yet energetic atmosphere. A truly unpara
We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server, Garrin, was excellent, easy to talk with and attentive. The bread basket was full of warm goodies; pretzel bread, soft rolls, cheese toast. We got the bone in ribeye and the double cut pork chop, almond green beans, and mashed potatoes. My house salad was fresh and mostly delicious except the beautiful and huge shrimp in it, sadly, was chewy and stringy, and the diced tomatoes we're too hard. The super thick cut chop was perfect, with a nicely seasoned seared crust, served with an excellent apple bourbon chutney. The ribeye also was perfect, as were the sides. The bad: When making our reservations by phone, I was asked if we were celebrating any occasion and I told them yes, my son's birthday. Upon arriving, we were asked whose birthday it was, to which I again informed them, my son's.I guess in our case, they just asked out of curiosity because our whole dining experience came and went with nothing for my son from Mastro's. Although, the table next to us had a birthday and a special dessert was brought with a candle and singing staff. Clearly, the front desk dropped the ball, and I didn't feel it was my responsibility to be tacky and investigate why staff inquired two times about our occasion with nothing resulting of it.If not for this major faux pas, I'd have given them 4 stars.

We enjoyed a hearty breakfast at Eggs Nâ Things on our way from San Diego to Santa Barbara. The restaurantâs just a mile or so off HWY 101. They have great breakfast options but no gluten free pancakes, muffins or breads. I had the pancake sampler with eggs, sausage and bacon. It was very good. The pancakes are HUGE! Come hungry.
