I come through town several times a year and always manage to stop in for my personal favorite COB (chicken-of-breast) sandwich with the extra special mac and cheese and some fried okra. I always ask for the extra hot version with the lathering of jalaponies and extra sauce. This strange and delightful sauce is the key ingredient that separates it from all the others. Staff is always friendly but the place (like most of these fast food joints in small towns) is a little run down and in need of a serious cleaning and refurbishing. The bottom-line is that never stops me from turning in for a good COB!!!

Great ribs. Sides are limited to potato salad, beans and fries. The first two are really good. A canned drink is included. One picnic table outside. You would do better on your tailgate or taking it with you.Look for portable building with a wooden porch built on.

Popular breakfast stop with the old-timers and it's OK for me to call them old. Auxiliary parking lot along US 43 north of the building, not really made for 18-wheelers.

Is this a 5 Star restaurant? Of course not. But, for what it is...country buffet in rural Alabama...it's five star. Look, this is a volume eatery--go hungry. Gourmet? Hardly but about $11-12 for all you can eat it's good. Drink plenty of tea or water...they salt the heck out of the food & you'll be thirsty later.

My son wanted to go there for his Birthday. The food was real good but pricey. We had all you can eat catfish, popcorn shrimp, a cheese burger and a regular burger. The cole slaw was outstanding. No horseradish in it.

We ate with 10 other people. The service was first class always attentive. The Filet Steak was very tender and cooked just the way I ordered it. Good wine, very reasonably priced
