A former summer resort on Massachusetts Bay, Swampscott is today a fairly affluent residential community and includes the village of Beach Bluff, as well as part of the neighborhood of Clifton. It is known for its quiet suburban character and lovely beaches. The town was home to the scenic ocean front college, Marian Court College until 2015.

Lived in Lynn for over 30 years and have never been in here until my wife said lets try it, she heard the food was excellent and reasonable, and so we did , the food was excellent and delicious, totally caught me off guard since I didn't expect it as to good it was. The food presentation is like being in a up scale restaurant where the price would be double.

I tried one of the new salads "Ancient Grain" and it was absolutely delicious and satisfying. I will return soon to enjoy another one! Also, happy to see that they are once again offering fall squash soup with punpkin seeds. This is a great restaurant - I've never been disappointed!

This was a completely surprising experience for us. Boy did we get more than an ordinary pizza. The crust was a delightful chewy. And the vegetarian Mars Attacks (with breaded eggplant) was amazing, garlicky cheesy deliciousness. Also liked the funky eclectic decor. Very happy with the quick service as well.

Then the Chickpea & Bulgur Wheat Salad - fresh and wonderful - and the Ricotta Cavatelli - hand-made pasta filled with fresh Ricotta in a spectacular hazelnut pesto sauce. Truly 'to die for'! This coffee shop/diner was the best! It had great food, great prices and great service from great servers. The food was home made and delicious. Large portions and this place is very popular with the locals. We ate breakfast there twice in the three days that we were in town. Highly recommend.

Wonderful menu. Great food. Good quality. Surprisingly over-priced.I think they do a great job on breakfasts and are only open for breakfast and lunch. My mother loves going here with her friends for her rare burger. The burgers are quite good and I love the quality of the meat.

I was in the area visiting my daughters with my sister and we decided to stop here for lunch. It turned out to be a lovely afternoon. The restaurant wasn't crowded at that time and the weather was beautiful, so we had an amazing view as we took our time, talking and eating. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Our server was wonderful too. I'd definitely go back when I'm in the area again.Thank you, Elise! We look forward to your next visit. My husband took me here for a surprise dinner. The food and service were incredible. We started with the calamari with sriracha honey hot sauce and tuna tartare with homemade chips that were so delicious. We continued with the pear salad and shared the grilled swordfish that was on special. The whole experience was wonderful!!
