Wine Tasting Room and Restaurant. Re-opened in spring of 2014 as a restaurant/wine bar. Hafle "Winery" namesake is our history of being a full production winery from 1974 to 1994 operated by the Hafle family. Hafle is a Germanic name. We have approximatel
Nothing fancy about Hafle but overall an enjoyable place to spend an evening. Lots of local wines that are very reasonably priced. Attentive, helpful waitstaff. Food is good but choose Hafle for the overall experience. Best is being able to sit outside with a glass of wine.

nestled away in a shopping center, you'll find this throwback diner. Comprehensive menu, esp. assorted sandwiches. Breakfast, all day long - and a bunch of omelettes. The night we were there, the meatloaf and liver were on special. My wife went for the gyro omelette and gave it thumbs UP! - I had a basic breakfast and the fried potatoes were for real, all else > GOOD!

We ate here with a group of friends. While there were only three other tables occupied (in both rooms) at the time, they seated our group of 8 against the piano so that it was difficult to move in those chairs. My husband's martini was warm ( a "no-no' in his eyes), the prosecco was served in the individual serving bottles (which is Ok, you know it hasn't been sitting open since last person ordered some) and the wine list was limited. It is known for steaks, ours ail came cooked more than anyone wished. The (cooked) spinach was cold, and tasted musty. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, there were some errors in the orders, but nothing to complain seriously about. We have been to better places in Springfield.

I hesitate to publicly sing the praises of a local place for fear of ANYTHING changing... however, this is the new favorite hangout. The food is awesome. Really awesome. The service is laid back and friendly with no pretense. Try the cheese curds or jalapeño poppers or the broasted chicken and mashed potatoes. The shrimp cocktail appetizer is as good as you will find anywhere. Large, perfectly cooked shrimp and really decent cocktail sauce. I jokingly considered posting a photo of me licking my plate. If you go, be nice and donât ruin this for me!!! No changes, okay???

My family heard great reviews about this restaurant so we decided to try it tonight. We were really disappointed. The restaurant is small and crowded. Our meals were meh. We didn't think they were anything special, especially for how long we had to wait for them and for the price. Meat was overcooked and dry. Sauces were bland. All four of us felt like this restaurant was not deserving of the hype we had heard.

Donât waste your time on this so called deli! Their sandwiches are way over priced, and the owner, and his employees are rude! I noticed that a lot of the reviews on this deli, talk about the attitude of the employees. I agree, the employees give the impression they donât need your bussiness. Over the years, I have given this deli a retry many times, but everytime I come back and nothing has improved! There was a time around 10 years ago, when I, and the company I worked for would spent close to $800. plus a month in Mr. Wagners restaurant! The employees seemed to be put out because I would place such a large order. Also they are open until 10:00 pm, yet they did not like it when I placed an order at 9:00, they even advised me to call ahead at least 2 hours before they closed. They are working for the customer, not the other way around. So sorry that my $800.00 a month was an inconvenience to the deli. Not to worry, I will never bother them again! Unlike 20 years ago, there are way more restaurant options in Springfield now.

We are family owned and operated and take great pride in providing you with the best food around! Our staff will take great care of you and we will provide you a value unlike no other. Breakfast or lunch, we look forward to serving you soon.
We had a delightful lunch at Collier's, where there seem to be more American flags in the decor than in the U.S. capitol, where the prices are easy, the service good, and the food worth tasting.I hold their coffee in highest regard. It was better than most restaurant coffee, and at 50 cents a cup it's a sign that they care more about value than profits. My wife got a grilled ham and American cheese and thought it was quite good. I had their fried chicken, and oh my! the mix of seasonings they use was mouth-watering! For our side dish we both got the cole slaw--she'd seen the online reviews that raved about it--but that for me was disappointing, too sweet and far too wet.It was a lunch that took me back a ways to my boyhood in Kentucky.

I ate at this Cracker Barrel becase my hotel room was right next door. It was later in the evening - about 9:00 P.M. The staff seemed to be over-worked and harried. Service was a little bit slow. But all in all, just what one would expect at Cracker Barrel.

Touring the area, we found this restaurant on FB. Our service was efficient, our waiter was engaging, nice ambiance, and our choices were very good. It's located downtown in the business center and we found ample street parking. Over Chardonnay, we started with a unique beer battered asparagus for our shared appetizer followed by spring and Caesar salads - all tasty and nicely presented. Our entrees were a coffee encrusted sirloin with Gorgonzola cream sauce and their Shrimp Risotto. Both were delicious and again nicely presented. Good choice
