We were traveling back from Pennsylvania and I needed to stretch my legs. A pretzel on the way out is always on my agenda on the way home from AC or PA. I decided to try the Pepperoni Pretzel. It was very good. Definitely a solid choice. The sweetness of the buttered pretzel and the saltiness of the pepperoni complement each other quite well.
Stopped here for a break. Service was mediocre at best and I'm pretty sure I had to explain to the order taker just what it was she was supposed to do... anyway the hotdogs were average and a little over cooked.... my son got the chicken fingers which he didn't care for either. It just wasn't the same as having a Nathan's on the boardwalk at Coney Island like when I was a kid (or Asbury Park for that matter either)

So each visit is exciting. The seating is always cozy. The byob option really appeals to all here. Food is diverse but appropriate seasonally & otherwise. Have had nothing but excellent meals.. Try the Creole selection. Bam!!

Enjoyed Saturday evening dinner at this nice and cozy restaurant by the marina. Nice walk on the waterfront before dinner. Had early reservation which may not have been necessary but by 7pm you definitely need a reservation. There are three rooms for seating- note that the bar area does not have any water views and since the restaurant is not on the water, no views are great. The menu was extensive and there was a very nice early bird menu that was very inexpensive. We did not order from the early bird partially because our waiter told us the early bird portions were a little smaller. I ordered the whole boiled lobster and while it was very good, it could have been served hotter. Our server was excellent. The only other thing that struck me was the bread sticks were excellent. Finally there is a discount coupon on Restaurant.com

Came recommended. This is a no frills place, no heat either. It was so cold in the shop. Just a few tables like a McDonald's. Order at the counter, food brought out. We had brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese and rice and did not care for anything. Pork was dry and tasteless. Brisket was so fatty. Maybe cut some of the fat away before serving. We were disappointed all the way around.

We went or an early dinner and nobody was disappointed. The portion size was was enormous and the taste was fantastic. We ordered the Matzo-ball soup that easily feed four people. We also ordered the pastrami and corn beef sandwich. Both meats were hot and fresh. The flavor was exceptional. Wow what a meal. With the 32 ounce orange sherbet dry, it was a drink for the Gods. The restaurant has ample parking and seats hundreds of patrons. The atmosphere is a little dated like a Jewish deli with pleasant with NYC theme. The service is impeccable and very clean. If you are in the area or need a good meal just off the NJ Turnpike at exit 10 - stop by. You will not be disappointed.

We both ordered rib eye steaks, they were tasty. Get the added onions and mushrooms, the sauce they were in was fantastic. But the steaks were reversed in how well done we ordered them- they made mine according to what my wife ordered, and vice-versa. Peanuts on table were good, but flavored butter was a little weird.

We went our friends house for New Yearâs Eve. They ordered a number of different subs. They were cut into sections to eat while waiting for the ball to fall. What a great idea!! They ordered chicken pesto, pastrami and cheese, Italian and another. The heroes were huge and so delicious. We shared our meal so everyone could appreciate the flavor. Each of the three heroes were made perfectly with plenty of tasty ingredients. If just want something different, go to Big Wallyâs. They will not disappoint you. They have a great selection for even the fussiest eaters.
