I live in Park City. I have eaten at most restaurants. Due to seasonal business here (Winter and Summer are busiest time of year). many restaurants are inconsistent in their quality. This is an expensive place to live, and sadly most people in the services industry have to commute a long distance (e.g. Salt Lake City). Because of the challenges of seasonality, low base wages, and high employee turnover, and restaurant can go from great to fair immediately. Not Ruth's Chris. I have never had a bad meal there. No surprises. No getting serve in shifts, when one guest is served, then another later. This place is first class.

It's hard to write a review of this place. If we were staying over here we might have felt differently. Our lyft driver dropped us off in front of the resort in which the restaurant is located. We asked the front desk person how to get to the restaurant, and it was VERY complicated! Once we finally found it, we enjoyed a lovely atmosphere and attentive service. The wine we ordered wasn't cold... I realize that happens. My husband got the gazpacho, which he really enjoyed, and I got the duo salad, which was good not great. We split the trout, which was a bit fishy. I realize when you order something that's not what a restaurant is known for you are taking a risk, but trout up here is usually very good. The side of cauliflower was good, not the best I've ever had. The best thing about the food was the bread! Oh my, it's good. And we try to avoid bread! So we went out the "front" door, which is by the chair lift. The lyft driver still struggled to find us. Perhaps some better signage would help. I'm sure in the winter it's not an issue as it's quite visible to people skiing in the area.Jamie,Thank you for your rating and review of Edge Steakhouse in Park City. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. We are disappointed to hear that you were not totally impressed with your menu selections. We do hope to have another opportunity to welcome you in the future for a more exceptional meal. Regards,Rachel
I was near the solitude village at the bottom of the apex express and saw the slopeside bldg named âlast chance lodgeâ and a pile of ski racks outside figured there must be a place to eat there. So itâs a cafeteria style setup serving Mexican American food. I ended up ordering a bowl of soup got a small discount when I showed my ikon pass.

A great place to grab an adult drink and warm up in-between ski runs at Brighton Resort. Bar or Table service is available. Customers must be age 21 or older. Happy skiing...
It's not a large place, however the food is hot the drinks are strong. It's a nice place to warm up a little and relax. Good selection on drinks from the bar, hot cider is avaible. The chilli was fresh and filing. I have a dairy allergy and Ryan our waiter was able to talk to chef and find out the ingredients, I ordered a second cup it was so good. The prices here are reasonable they don't take advantage like some other resorts do.Thanks for the review. Sounds like you had a tasty visit. Ryan is a awesome server. Ill give him a high five for ya. Good point mentioning Mollys is 21 and over. But for anyone who has kids and still would like a beer we have them in other F&B areas around the mountain where kids are allowed. See ya next time.
Refuel on the mountain at Solitudeâs Himalayan-inspired hideaway. Carb up for an afternoon of turns with curries, burgers, and vegetarian dishes â and be sure to add a side of curry fries, a local favorite. When the sun is shining, find a seat on the pati
So, itâs dumping pow in an amazing blizzard, a foot of new snow. My kids and I are burning up our legs at the Summit gate, at the Powerhorn gates, at the Honeycomb Return gate. Weâre just laughing and screaming in the knee deep snow, attacking the trees, cringing at the rocks, and laying down fresh tracks. Itâs the kind of day that you donât want to be anywhere else in the world. So, weâre starving, desperately needing calories to get our blood sugar back up. We stop at the Roundhouse and catch this amazing smell of Indian food. When we walk in the door and a guy in a chefâs coat greets us; and he is the chef. He makes this stuff fresh up on the mountain every day.No question about it, weâre staying. My son orders the meat plate, butter chicken, lamb curry, dal bhat (lentils), rice and nan. My daughter orders the veggie plate, with veggie current, saag paneer (spinach and the Indian cheese), lentils and veggies, rice and nan. I mix it up (they're really flexible about putting together a lunch plate for you). And itâs all real, tasty, and spiced just right (if you want it hotter, they have lots hot sauces). At $8.95 a plate, itâs a fair deal anywhere, and an incredible deal up on mid-mountain.OK, I could pick at some details, maybe bigger pieces of chicken in the butter chicken, but the flavors are spot on.And if you bring some non-fans of Indian food, they got things like tomato basil soup (which looked pretty good), chicken pot pie and lamb shepherdâs pie. And cute things like curry tater tots. So, put on your powder skis or your corduroy cruisers, work up an appetite and try this place.

A crackling fireplace provides an elegant backdrop to innovative cuisine while the casual, comfortable buffet-style setting makes it easy to relax and enjoy a meal at your own pace. The menu changes nightly, rotating among dishes such as stout-braised bee
When we had guests visiting from out of town who wanted to take us out to dinner, we decided to go up Big cottonwood Canyon and check out the buffet at St. Bernard's in the Solitude resort village. I'm glad we did. The European ski lodge/hotel atmosphere was charming and peaceful. Service was top notch in every respect. The buffet, while limited in choices was well prepared and nicely presented. Full disclosure, we were there on a decidedly quiet evening so there was no pressure or rushing to get to the buffet. My only criticism which I shared with the staff was that the reality of the buffet choices differed greatly from the on line menu. To be fair the website does specify that the menu changes daily and not all items are always offered. We would have liked to see a fish dish served, as one of our dining companions does not eat meat. The fried calamari, while decidedly crispy and delicious, does not constitute and main course fish/seafood offering in my opinion. I thought the staff was most understanding a gracious in accepting my comment about that particular manner. I would certainly like to make a return visit to this lovely restaurant.

This had been on my personal bucket list for a few years. I was so excited to finally have a group of friends that were willing to give it a try. The trail up to the Yurt wasn't that difficult, if that is holding you back. The Yurt was cozy and warm and the staff were friendly and very fun. Bring your own wine as corkage is included. They served a 5 course meal. Smallish portions, but were perfect for me. I even took half my dessert home. That night we had a raw fish appetizer, celelry root soup, beet and wonderful cheese salad. Along with this was served focacia which was lovely. We had Wagu steak and vegetables for the main meal. We each were served an individual apple pie (warmed) for dessert. We spent about 4 hours chatting, drinking and eating. I highly reccommend it. The more the merrier.

We stop by here for lunch daily while skiing in solitude. The poke, flatbreads, chili, poutine, and meatballs were all very good. The chicken entree for dinner and bison burger were very good. They make an awesome blood Mary. The location is on the edge of the apex lifts in the upper village. We liked it so much, were eating dinner there again tonight

Silver Fork Lodge not only has a beautiful view and an adorable cabin-like feel to it, the food is surprisingly outstanding. Brunch never disappoints, with spot-on corned beef and hash, and delicious trout and eggs. And an added bonus: the service is friendly as can be. I definitely recommend for locals and tourists alike.
