Food was very good seasoned and cooked well. Had a brisket quesadilla and club sandwich. Service horrible...close to 45 minutes from order until food arrived. Server could not describe any of the dishes. When I asked manager to check on food she said it is definitely on the way right now⦠Prior to checking.

The seating is a little tight but the food at Little Bâs is incredible. My burger was cooked to perfection and the sweet potato fries were probably the best Iâve ever had, period. Great wine and beer selection as well.

Blue hill is not just a restaurant, it's a culinary playground. They get to eat things prepared in ways you've never imagined, sometimes realizing less is more in masterful hands. It's expensive, to say the least, but if you have the opportunity to sit for an exceptional experience at Blue Hill, do it!

We love scallops and we love duck. Both were on the menu and both were cooked to perfection! This place was such a pleasant surprise. Compliments to the chef. Service was very nice except for the water that spilled onto my shoe by an obviously inexperienced person. I should have done him the service of telling him so that he would be more careful next time. But I was enjoying the food so much I did not bother.

This place is different and has a lot of character. It's a classic old tavern setting that's done very, very well. We fell in love with its atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful helping us decide what to order because the menu is huge. We ended up getting a flounder sandwich and a salad. Both were freshly prepared and very good. It's a popular place and crowded, at least it is during Halloween time. Great choice!!

We stopped in for a casual dinner. The food was good and many of the customers seem to be locals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. That said, on a Saturday night the taps were not working so they had to stick to bottled beer, although our server made good recommendations on beers to try. If youâre looking for a casual, friendly place this is a good choice.

The Twisted Oak offers a daily changing menu sourcing from Local Hudson Valley Farmers making sustainable agriculture the focal point of the menu.
We dine here every so often and I thought an update was well overdue. The Twisted Oak is one of our favorite restaurants in the Rivertowns and last weeks dinner reinforced that opinion. The food and drinks were excellent, the atmosphere charming, and the service impeccable. My wife and I shared the baby lettuce salad, the fried chicken, and the (deconstructed) raspberry shortcake - all were quite delicious. As you might guess from our decision to share the portions are HUGE - I strongly recommend sharing plates. For fall they had a new drink on the menu made from fresh Concord grapes which my wife adored. As I said the atmosphere is charming and even borderline romantic. We prefer the front room, YMMV. Our server, Cory, was wonderful...and extremely helpful. He got me the exact drink I wanted - ice water with just a splash of fresh grapefruit juice (since I wasn't drinking that evening). All in all, another magical night at the Oak.

We had a party of 6 and went for brunch. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the fried egg sandwich on a very fresh roll and some tasty potato hash, which I really enjoyed. My husband had the specialty omelette which had fresh corn and zucchini, that I had to try and was amazing. Everyone else really liked their meals as well. Definitely try this place out if you get a chance!

My wife and I visited Sleepy Hollow for a long weekend to celebrate the Halloween festivities this year and stayed at the Doubletree in Tarrytown. The Bridge View Tavern was a place we read about on TripAdvsior prior to going and wanted to check it out for lunch on a Friday as it was a close drive. We had an awesome experience and our server Patty was a large reason why. She greeted us immediately and talked to us like old friends. We told her we were in Sleepy Hollow to see the sites, etc. and not only did she give us a map with info she also recommended several things to do in the area. We had excellent (and spicy) Bloody Maryâs and burgers for lunch and everything was fantastic â the Chorizo Burger was unique and I loved it. We then walked around town all day, went on a cemetery tour, etc. for the next 8 hours and decided to come back for drinks and snacks. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of speaking to Patty once more and learned she is actually the GM of the place. She was a joy to talk to and she and her staff are excellent. The bartenders we had were on top of everything and the Yankees were playing so it was packed. We ended up staying until close because we were having such a great time. They also have a little beer garden out back, but we didnât have a chance to see it as we wanted to watch the game. Make sure to try the pulled pork nachos. I would highly recommend this place for top shelf food, craft beers and an awesome staff!

Each of our dishes was excellent. We didn't expect to find such great seafood in Pleasantville, but we were really impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the refined presentation. I drove over an hour from New Jersey to meet friends here, and I will gladly return due to the quality of the food and the warm welcome by the chef/owner. Highly recommended.
