I had breakfast at this place on the highway near Sherman. It has the atmosphere of an old-fashioned diner in the servers are very friendly and seemed to personally know almost everyone in the restaurant. I must say that the food was pretty average and you could probably get a better breakfast somewhere else but it's worth going for the atmosphere if you're into that kind of thing.

We are an American restaurant and bar located in a completely renovated building on the square of downtown Sherman, TX.
Excited to try this place out. Walked in and loved the feel and the look. Two of us ordered the bacon cheese burgers cause we saw the burgers were named top 3 in Texoma. Very disappointed in what we received. Both burgers were burnt and to the point where a half pound patty looked more like a quarter pound. Nothing special about it at all. My daughter got the pork nachos and she barely at them. Pork was very bland and nachos were a mess. I gave it three because itâs a nice place and service was decent. Food was more of a one or two but Iâll give it another chance.

The #1 quality that separates Cackle & Oink from other restaurants is our service. From the moment you walk through our door, we want you to feel at home and have that feeling of being around great friends. Barbecue has brought friends and families togeth
Cackle and Oink BBQ is on of the best barbecue joints north of Dallas. Everything Iâve eaten from there has been excellent. One of my favorites are the beef ribs when Aaron makes them. Another favorite is the cornbread casserole. The thing that stands out the most is the staff and the fact the owner is more than happy to go speak with customers, take them their food, clean tables, and answer any questions one may have. If yâall are in the Sherman area and are looking for a good place to eat go to Cackle and Oink you wonât be disappointed.

I didn't even know this place was here until friends took us for dinner during the holidays. The restaurant is only open for dinner. It looks like a house, and is charming in its' setting. The menu is gourmet, but not pretentious. Everything was delicious! There is a slightly musty, "old house" smell to the place, but we visited in during the cold, damp winter, and it IS a remodeled old house. I am especially sensitive to odors, so that might not bother everyone else. It was not strong enough to prevent me from enjoying my meal. We plan to bring our parents here for a special occasion.

A quaint cafe where you can get fresh salads, sandwiches from in house cooked and hand carved meat, specialty entrees and appetizers. We also offer homemade pies, cake, and cheesecake.
First time here and it was really great. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean and quaint. We really enjoyed the decor and ambiance. The food was impressive. We had a large party and not one person was disappointed in what they got. Everything tasted great. I really enjoyed the queso and chips for an appetizer and the Broccoli cheese soup. I also had the wedge salad and found that to my liking as well. I sampled others in my family's food and the hamburger was good, and the fresh cut french fries were excellent! In fact, on the menu, there's multiple choices for the fries where you could easily make a meal of them. I would love to try to in the future. We passed our compliment to chef for all the food. If you're in Sherman and want a nice eatery that's off the beaten trail/highway, come to this place.

My wife introduced me to this placeshortly after we met years ago. She and her family have been coming here for years. The place is a great laid back bar/restaurant. It has award winning sandwiches, burgers and many other items. Her favorite is the taco salad with chicken or their hot wings, mine is the jalapeño burger and their fries are great. Plus they make one of the top ranch dressings in Texoma or America for that matter. You can even get a pint to go. Great place for family or couples.

Legendary Food, Legendary Service
I've been to a Texas Roadhouse before and wasn't pleased. This place is well run with excellent servers (we had Peyton tonight), they have the steaks on display by the entrance and you can select the specific one for yourself. Great salad as a side. Green beans were well prepared. The steak I selected was delivered to our table and was a perfect Medium Rare.

Best sandwiches, especially the Waldorf chicken salad and pimento cheese. Her spinach/chicken salad are fantastic.. itâs loaded with strawberries and a great vinegar based dressing. Her bread pudding is too die for as well as her peach pie. Top those off with vanilla ice cream and you think youâre in heaven.Thank you so much for your review!!! Iâm delighted that the items that you mentioned are some of the most popular! My goal has always been to hopefully please everyone with something that we offer. Hope youâll visit us again

Set in a beautifully restored 1870s building, on the courthouse square in historic downtown Sherman, Fulbelli's has a nostalgia that is quite romantic and comfortable. With original metal tile ceilings and period antiques throughout, the venue as a whole
When the person brought over a roll with butter to the table, I said come back in thirty seconds he laughed. After we finished the roll plates and butter taken away. My wife had 5 scallops with a little risotto for $28.00. No salads, nothing. Ripoff. My pork chop was raw and had to be sent back. Nice looking place. Cant eat ambiance.
