We had breakfast here four times while staying at the Hotel Seward. While the hotel was a great disappointment, the restaurant was just fine. There is typically only one server, and when it's busy she can get a bit overwhelmed. That said, she tried her best and most people were understanding.Of the things on the menu we tried the crab omelette was truly outstanding. Fortunately, we saw someone eating it our first time there and opted to share one. It was more than enough for two and was fabulous! The breakfast sandwich is good, with a choice of meat and several cheese choices. The classic breakfast --2 eggs, meat and English muffin was well prepared. I saw some gorgeous looking pancakes and omelettes go by as well. And the coffee was excellent.

Our group of eight were seated promptly and attended by an exceptional wait staff. We had a great view of the docks. All seemed to be satisfied with their meal. I had the scallop appetizer and crab cakes for my meal. Both were great. A little pricey but great food and a great experience make it worth it.

What a fun, quirky little restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was great and the atmosphere is fun. It's like going back in time to the 70's. We had their chowder, which was delicious, and a bucket of but. They definitely know how to cook some halibut. The waitress was very nice. Great service!

Seward Alaska's only Brewhouse and Restaurant in the heart of downtown.
We had dinner here our first night in Alaska and really enjoyed it. I got "The Burger" and my husband had a Salmon Sandwich. They were both amazing, as were my french fries. They should rethink their chips though. They were terrible. We would eat here again.

Cosy, wholesome food, friendly attentive staff, what's not to like! The decor is old-time rustic lots of wood. Food (not just salmon) was good with generous enough portions and a range of beers. Very handy if you are staying at the Windsong Lodge next door only a five minute walk. Also has an outside dining area if its nice weather (it wasn't!). Would happily go back.

Lovely little breakfast spot in an old Alaskan train wagon. Itâs a small, comfy place run by lovely people. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. I had the Snow Crab Benedict which I would definitely recommend. The Carmelitas looked class as well.

We are a neighborhood restaurant & oyster bar located in the heart of Seward, Alaska. The Cookery showcases the fisherman, the rancher and the farmer, the brewmaster and the winemaker, and of course, the magnificent oyster! Whether served ice cold on the
This unassuming facade provided a surprisingly unbelievably delicious meal and experience. Curried halibut - amazing! So was the wine and wild mushroom bruschetta and homemade vegetarian burger. To top all that off, the atmosphere is fun with a combination of visitors and locals, and the staff were fun and fabulous.
