Reviews on American food in Saratoga Springs, New York, United States. Saratoga Springs is one of those special getaway spots where everything is just, well, pretty close to perfect. The city's lovely tree-lined streets and grand old Victorians, porch swings swaying and gardens brimming with colorful flora bring to mind a gentler era. World-class horse racing, renowned performing arts and natural springs spas, plus 13 golf courses, 10 museums, a historic battlefield, fabulous boutiques, antiques and restaurants mean there is something for everyone. Relax at the Lincoln Mineral Baths, window shop in town and then it's off to the races. Walk everywhere, it's that kind of place. One of the oldest tourist destinations in the United States, Saratoga offers ample accommodation choices in elegant hotels, historic bed and breakfasts or comfortable inns. The only drawback is you may never want to leave.

Many trips to saratoga but first visit to Mouzon House. Nice atmosphere both inside and out with a New Orleans/Southern vibe. Crawfish Beignets were outstanding. All entrees were terrific (shrimp and grits, fried chicken and jumbalaya, bouillabaisse) and well grilled vegetables. Bread pudding/blackberry ice cream was a good finish to a great meal with very good and attentive service.Highly recommend.Hi there,Thank you for sharing your feedback and writing a review! Boutique restaurant offers excellent seafood. Try the Tacos for an appetizer followed by the swordfish. My only rub is that the appetizer listing could be expanded. They offer a number of different appetizer combos with oysters which I am not partial to.

Druthers was a great place to find. It is snuggled behind a gate, quaint out door seating with flowers and greenery. They also had plenty of indoor seating. We shared their homemade house mac and cheese plus a turkey wrap. There was so much left over we took it back hotel and had 2nd opportunities that evening. The left over Mac and Cheese was even better the 2nd time around. We highly recommend.

We visited Saratoga Springs after a 550 journey by car. The B and B told us to walk 500 yards to this wonderful restaurant. It is a restored Victorian house located near a nice area, not too busy, but active. The menu was great and diverse, and our server was quite attentive. Loved the food and the chance to unwind on the outside porch.

Ravenous features a wide selection of savory and sweet crepes for lunch, dinner, or weekend brunch. Locals also rave about the Belgian pommes frites - fresh-cut, twice-cooked French fries served in paper cones, with your choice of dipping sauce. Beer, win
This place is amazing. A bit of a wait as it is a small place, but they have a text cue system so you can walk around while you wait. Totally worth the wait. I got the Tijuana scramble crepe. Our entire party loved every part of this place. Jeff,Thanks for being patient and waiting a few minutes for a table. we are small, but my awesome staff keep things moving. The Tijuana is a new crepe on our menu. It is gaining popularity! Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks again for choosing Ravenous!DaveChef/Owner

Step back in time to one of Saratogaâs most historic buildings. Colonial charm, revolutionary cuisine. Please be advised that menu items and prices are subject to change based on market prices and at Chef's discretion.
My third time here and boy am I disappointed. We were in the âkidâ room- which has no ambiance. My family was in from out of time and I was so disappointed that of all the places in Toga we had such a bad meal. The food was mediocre and our waiter matched, but nothing was as bad as the hostess. I ordered the Harvest sangria which was like syrup. There was also a young child (2?) of other diners who was roaming the restaurant. I love kids, but this was pushing it.I really had high expectations based on bar experience. I donât plan to go back for a long while if at all. Try another amazing spot in this city! I donât write poor reviews lightly. I also pick special locations for special occasions which made this a double disappointment.Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review of your experience; We take feedback from our guests as opportunities to grow and train. Would you mind giving us a call at the restaurant so we can discuss your visit? We would like to determine where we went wrong so we can improve. The number here is 518-587-2990, and you can ask for our general manager, Ed.

We were in town for a wedding with three other couples and tried to come here for breakfast, but the wait was over an hour so came back the next day and were very happy with the restaurant. Our server was extremely pleasant and she did a exceptional job. My eggs and chocolate chip pancakes were perfect. Small venue so getting in is tough, but highly recommend this fine place.
