This restaurant is conveniently located on Michigan Ave and I stopped by there after going to the movies. I decided to try the salad bar, to go. I was given a very large plastic container for the salad ingredients, plus two medium sized plastic containers for the pasta salad and other pre-made salads (or flatbreads and croutons) and then two small containers for the salad dressing/s. That really was a lot of food for only $11.23 including tax. The problem was that the salad ingredients were rather tasteless, as though they had been sitting in the cooler for way too long. Even the pasta, coleslaw and other salads needed much more seasoning and flavor. Another negative was the excessively long time to get the salad bowls from the back. The promised napkins, plastic silverware and carryout bag were not given to me at the time I finished serving myself from the salad bar and after another wait, I decided to leave without those items.

I have gone to this restaurant on numerous occasions and have enjoyed my meals here. The fish tacos are actually excellent. The fish appears to be baked. There is no breading which is nice. The nacho plate is huge, burgers are good and rib-eye sandwich is tasty. Overall good food. Only downside is that depending on the day, they get slammed so it may take a while for the food to come out.Thank you for your review! We are so happy that you enjoy our food. We do get busy at times - but hopefully that's just a sign of good service and quality food :) We look forward to seeing you again soon!

I mean, every single thing that touched our table was soooooooooo good. just yummy! burgers, amazing! hot chicken! the best!! but the prices were very high, you just dont expect to pay $20 for a burger in michigan so that is the only reason i didnt give it 5 stars....

There are a few diners on Michigan Ave in Saline and this one is by far the best! I wish I had discovered it a long time ago. There is plenty of light inside this simple place with its comfortable booths and friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The waitstaff were great - service with a smile!! The customers were a mix of seniors and younger folks, some with kids. This place is suitable for all and the menu is huge. There are many healthy choices including egg white omelets. The food was delicious and the coffee refills kept on coming. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you are able to order from the senior menu which was great value. I plan to return in the near future.

We stopped in at the Saline Inn for s mid-morning breakfast. They were very busy but we got a table immediately. We were waited on immediately, order taken quickly, food delivered fast. All very good. All of the wait staff seemed pleasant and all were non-stop. Nice place.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Good selection of fresh seafood. Fish was prepared well. Prices were extremely high for the types and portions received. 2 of us with an appetizer, 2 drinks each, an entree and 18% tip paid over $175.00. I would have gone to Joe Meurs downtown Detroit if I knew this.

I participate in the annual Saline Fall Craft show and always make a stop at the Brecon Grille for dinner after packing up on Saturday night. Did the same this year...the place was busy as usual, but I found my favorite seat at one of the small tables across from the bar. From there you can catch one of the football games being played on one of the TVs over the bar. I had the fish (fresh wild caught Icelandic cod) and chips several years ago and keep coming back for them. I was given three large pieces of fish coated with a mild batter that is not greasy like some fish entrees at other restaurants. The fish are accompanied with great tasting crispy fries and a serving of house slaw that has a very pleasing taste. They call themselves an English style grille and pub...so if the fish isn't what you had in mind they do offer a selection of sandwiches, burgers and salads along with a number of other entrees. They have a nice selection of craft beers, most of them brewed in Michigan. The staff is friendly and attentive. If you are ever in the Ann Arbor area....make a side trip to Saline and stop here. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent tavern for travelers looking for an authentic - local Michigan tavern in Saline (15 minutes frm Ann Arbor) - nice selection of beers, many burger choices
servers were very nice and food came out quick. but.... the stuff from the fryer all came out a little luke warm in the middle, the portions were small, the food quality was low... drinks just had a couple ice cubes each and we had to ask a few times for refills even though not even half the tables were full... not terrible, but far from great as most of the reviews state... i would say less than coney island quality food....

Salt Springs Brewery is situated in an old church, complete with some beautiful stained glass windows. Because the day was nice, we sat outside where there are plenty of shady spots to enjoy a nice breeze. The beer list is not vast, but is broad enough to please your tastes. There is a limited wine list - enough to satisfy the wife. If you go on weekends, you can enjoy the buffet, or a limited menu before dinner. The location, setting, and drinks were just what we needed.

To my fellow Ann Arbor foodies, the quality of Logan Restaurant has drastically DECREASED. Unfortunately, seems as though the owner decided to save a few bucks and hire an inexperienced chef. Expect the same high prices with a 1/8 of the food quality! Enjoy your night elsewhere!Dear Bradley,We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your last experience at Logan. There has only been one Chef at Logan, Chef Thad. He only source the highest quality, local and organic ingredients. Thank for letting us know we did not live up to your expectations as we take our food and service seriously. If you do decide to give us another try please let us know so we can make it up to you.Sincerely,Ryan Gillies, Owner
