We enjoyed our dinner at Meridy's. We felt like everyone knew each other and they treated us like family even though we were just passing through. Our server Trey was very welcoming and friendly.We both had steak. I had the new Filet that has just been added to the menu. It was a very nice cut and generous portion. The baked potato was excellent as were the salad and rolls. My husband had the smallest of the ribeye steaks, the "breakfast" size, and it was huge. We could easily have split it and both been full! He said it was very tasty although it was a little undercooked.At the end there was an issue with their credit card machine not liking our card because it's from out of country. One of the servers took cash from her own pocket to pay for our meal. We wouldn't hear of it and luckily had another card which the machine would accept, but the show of generosity that she would have done that (and said Welcome to America! as she did) just goes to illustrate how warm and welcoming the staff are at this restaurant.We will definitely return next time we're in the area and would highly recommend Meridy's!

Burger & Pizza Buffet, famous Bierock (German Burger) sandwiches lunch buffet and dinner buffet. Or order off menu Good pizza ,,Italian food ,,burgers ,, and bar type food. Cold beer and good adult drinks..nice meal in a nice place..hotel next door.

We are a Sports Bar in downtown Russell. We orginiated as an old pool hall in the '20s. We have daily food & drink specials - full service bar - all ages welcome - full menu varying from burgers to salads to appetizers to wings!

If you want lunch after 1 pm don't plan on going here to try to get it. It is 10 minutes off the highway and we almost didn't find it. When we went in it was 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us and then we were told at 2 om that they were only serving fried food and beer. The only cool thing about the place was the driving on old brick roads!

I love their tots. They are some of the best I have ever had. My only problem is that sometimes they do not listen. I could ask for some extra sauce but they do not put it in the bag and by the time I check it is too late. Also I could say no onions but there will be onions anyway. But, overall it is very good.
